Anyways its because I'm still hopeful, I checked the frequently asked questions on their portal and they stated that notifications are not sent the same time and that they will send reject emails (which I haven't received) to unsuccessful applicants plus I tracked my application on the portal at it says "Open".

let's be hopeful ma, I hope we get shortlisted

well, but you can get a template from google, in the area of experience, dont bother much since it is a trainee position but i believe you must have did an internship somewhere, use the skill set and show how you fit the trainee position, more grace
