na money be fine bobo, if we sell Vermaleen and Denis Suarez and Rafinha is sold too, we may free up funds for De Ligt, but as it stands our centre backs are Pique, Umtiti, Lenglet, Vermaleen, that new boy, Puig, Yerry Mina. 1st choice are Pique and Umtiti but Umtitit is injured so Lenglet starts however Vermaleen is also injured and Yerry Mina is on loan, the new boy and Puig are still learning work... De Ligt will just add more drama.

Even benzema scored at least 2 goals in the ucl last season and has scored a few this season. Lewandowski has already scored 50+ goals in the ucl.

Those assists came in previous seasons. In recent season, how many times as he and Messi combined to score a goal? I sincerely agree that Dembele has a better understanding with Messi than Suarez at the moment and such understanding would grow if he gets to start every game just like the PSV game

Against Atletico, Messi assisted Dembele to score. The next match against PSV, Dembele assisted Messi to score. All these happened in less than 90 minutes when combined together.

I can't remember the last time Messi and Suarez linked up to score a goal. Yet, the coach will NEVER see it good to bench Suarez.
