Science/Technology › Airtel Offers 28GB+ Unlimited Calls To Indians; But To Nigerians 3GB by Ibukzy(op): 9:28pm On Sep 21, 2017
’m thinking we should all relocate to India because I’m not understanding what I’m seeing again oooo.

I stumbled on this tweet on twitter @Graphic Designer and it is freaking hilarious but let the truth be told, Airtel NG what did we do wrong?

Airtel Launches 28GB data plan with unlimited calls in India and the plans comes with 1GB per day for good 28days and in Nigeria, they are offering 3GB of data loaded with 100Mins of calls to all network for only N1700.

Abi is it not the same company that owns Airtel NG? why are they treating us like DSTV? And to make matter worst, the 28GB + Unlimited calls is not up to N2000 (Rs. 349).

Nairaland General › 3 Proven Reasons Why You Have A Small Joystick by Ibukzy(op): 2:41pm On Aug 06, 2017
Have you ever wondered what is the cause of your small joystick? I was browsing on the net checking up the average sizes of the male organ and all I’ve found out the average length is like 5.5 – 6.5 inches and that’s probably not even bone pressed.

I began to wonder what actually determines natural joystick size?

What is it that causes some people to be blessed and others to be burned? I also wonder if there is anything that could be done in puberty to make sure that the joystick has a good size when all the natural growing is done.

This world has no place for people with joystick’s under 6 inches. We all know that women want a size that is at least average so why should anybody have to suffer through being under average?

I decided to help you answer all the above questions below:

Joystick SIZE IS DETERMINED BY GENETICS:

You inherited your joystick size from your parent. So at the moment of conception the die was cast. Yet there are factors in your diet and environment that can affect the final outcome.

We can think of your DNA as a blueprint. In this blueprint are the specs for your joystick size. During critical growth periods in your life, your body grew your joystick to the specs that are encoded in your DNA. Once the goal (specified by your DNA blueprint) was reached, growth stopped.

DRUG INTAKE DURING PREGNANCY BY YOUR MUM:

Other than genetics, It’s my personal belief that the mother’s diet (while she’s pregnant) plays a big role. Certain drugs that the mother may take during the pregnancy may cause micro-joystick. I know drugs that prevent miscarriages have been known to cause micro-joystick.

MOTHER’S DIET DURING PREGNANCY:

I don’t know how true is this but according to research, Women who eat chicken while pregnant give birth to boys with smaller joysticks, due to the effects of the chemical phthalate which is found in chicken flesh. so ladies take not if you want your child to have a nice lenghty joystick.

I also read somewhere that being deprived of sleep at puberty stage can also cause a man to have a small joystick.

All the same does joystick size matter to women? And how small is too small for you?
Celebrities › This Is The Sacrifice Kiss Daniel Madefor His Music Career by Ibukzy(op): 7:17am On Aug 05, 2017
W oju singer, Kiss Daniel has definitely come a long way in the music industry. With many awards in his kitty, his songs have also topped charts across Africa. However, there is something that the singer isn’t happy about. He told Sunday Scoop,
“I often say that dropping engineeringfor music is the greatest sacrifice I have ever made for my career. That’s because I studied water engineering for five years and I graduated with a good result. Many of my mates that we left school together are doing verywell now, and sometimes, I feel bad that I’m not practicing the profession that I devoted a lot of time and effort to study. If I was a practicing engineer, I’m sure that I would have gone very far by now. On the flip side though, I enjoy what I’m doing and I have never pictured myself doing a 9-5 job. Making music comes naturally to me and it makes me happy, so I have no regrets.
”Speaking on the intellectual process that he goes through to write songs, he said,“For all my songs, I tell stories and pass messages across. I’m dedicated to making good music and I don’t subscribe to the notion that good music doesn’t sell. Good music doesn’t even need promotion because it would sell itself. Good music would also cross international borders and announce one to the world.”On his plans for international collaborations, he said,“Right now, I’m just concerned about making good music. International collaborations will come at the right time but that’s not my goal. Nigerian music, right now, has caught the attention of the world and I’m definitely up for anything that would introduce my music to different cultures.”

Celebrities › Funke Akindele Opens Up On Pregnancy by Ibukzy(op): 6:56am On Jun 28, 2017
Yoruba star actress and Glo Ambassador, Funke Akindele, has opened up on reports and rumours about her pregnancy.
A close family source of the actress told Entertainment Café that Akindele was amused reading a story in the current edition of a Lagos-based soft sell magazine suggesting that she suffered a miscarriage and her movie career has nose-dived.
“Funke is not pregnant yet. She has chosen to be silent on the true state of her condition because in Yoruba culture, it is more of a taboo for a married woman to publicly denounce or confirm if she’s pregnant or not.
“This is a private affair and that’s why she was so amused and even surprised about the story claiming that she lost her pregnancy,” the source told Entertainment Café in a telephone chat.
The source added that when the initial story with a picture of a supposed baby bump hit the internet and that Akindele was in her first trimester, she silently claimed it since that is her wish after a grand wedding in May.
The rumour continued to fester in September after another soft sell magazinepublished pictures of Akindele at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards held in the United States.
When the 37-year old actress strolled into the premises of Eko Hotel And Suites, venue of The Headies, on 20 October, all eyes were on her. Funke, who wore a black silk pair of trousers and high heeled shoes, was seen strolling around with her friends.
But when Entertainment Café walked up to her to inquire about her rumoured pregnancy, the actress’ mien tightened into a scowl.
But the persistence of our correspondent forced a stern remark as she walked off muttering: “What do you want to hear? Thought you are a Yoruba man?”

Celebrities › WOW! My Relationship With Chidinma – Flavour Finally Clears The Air by Ibukzy(op): 10:42pm On Jun 27, 2017
Handsome Nigerian singer of South-east descent has discussed his relationship with singer Chidinma amidst other issues relating to music, family life and his lifestyle in a recent interview.
Popular singer, Chinedu Okoli, aka Flavour N’abania, speaks to Tofarati Ige of Punch newspaper about his career.
Can you recall how you started your music career?
I have always loved everything about music from an early age. I actually started out playing drums for a live band at the age of 15. After that, I started playing the keyboard and from there, I began singing. I later got a scholarship to study music and that is how I developed as a musician.
What was the reaction of your parents?
You know parents are usually wary of the entertainment industry because they feel a lot of immoral things happen there. But the music scholarship that I got really helped me. It taught me a lot about the job and how to be a professional. I had a particular director who told me that people usually think that musicians are wayward, irresponsible and ostentatious.
He also told me that if I want to make a difference in my career, I have to be responsible, disciplined, and constantly hone my skill. Talent is never enough as one has to put in a lot of work as well.
What was your experience like when you started your career in the eastern part of the country?
It was wonderful and I had a good time then. I used to perform with a live band at different places and people loved it. I was already popular in the East before I decided to relocate to Lagos and start afresh. I had to leave everything behind and start from the scratch in Lagos.
I even had a car back then but when I came to Lagos, I arrived with just a bag. It was quite tough in the early stage but because I had made up my mind never to give up until I achieved my dream, I kept working hard at it. I’m thankful that I have become an international star now.
What are the qualities that have been working for you over time?
I would say it’s discipline, hard work and the grace of God. I know that I still have a lot of things ahead of me, so I try to manage myself. I don’t have to give all of myself now when I still have many more years to live. I also have to maintain the standard. Getting there is not the problem; it is about staying there, so I need my discipline game to be 100 per cent. I also ensure I work every day and give the people what they want to hear. Right from the onset, I have always sought to distinguish myself and set myself apart from the rest.
I have never compromised on my originality and I always make sure that I am down to earth. If you look at all my albums, you will see that I keep improving. I strive to do better than what I had done before. And I believe that’s the secret to success; if you are original and humble, you will always be reckoned with. Even though the money is good, it is not really about that for me; I care more about the art. I work in the studio virtually every day.
What are you working on at the moment?
I will be releasing my fifth studio album soon.
Would you be having international collaborations on it?
Yes, there are some though I cannot reveal much about that for now.
What do you regard as your selling point as an artiste?
I think it is for the fans to say but I think it’s everything about me, Ijele.
You’re seen as some sort of s*x symbol, how does that make you feel?
It feels great and it is a motivation for me to keep working hard on my music and also my body. I visit the gym three times in a week even with my busy schedule. Though it is not easy, it is what I have to do.
Yemi Alade once said she has a crush on you, do you feel the same way about her?
Yemi Alade is a very fantastic talent and she is a hard-working woman as well. I admire her a lot as an artiste.
At a point, you were also quite close to Chidinma; is she someone you can date?
These people you are mentioning are colleagues that I respect a lot. We have had opportunity to work several times in the past and I wouldn’t deny that we have a good chemistry.
What’s your relationship with your baby mamas and children?
I have a wonderful relationship with my children and I love them so much. I am also on good terms with their mothers and everything is fine.
Do you sometimes wish things didn’t actually go that way?
There is no point regretting anything in life. Whatever will be will be. I can only do my best at all times.
What kind of woman does Flavour like?
I love a woman who is not fake; she has to be natural at all times. She has to be someone who knows the difference between Flavour and Chinedu. To cap it all, she must be God-fearing.
What’s the funniest experience you’ve ever had with a fan?
I have had so many crazy experiences with fans. But it’s all good because I know they appreciate me even though they could be crazy about the way they show it sometimes. The way they express it might not be the way one wants it at that moment but at the end of the day, it’s all about love. There have been times I go to some African countries to perform and the stadiums are usually filled up, with some people even crying. That makes me emotional because it shows that there is nobody that cannot make it, despite the background. I appreciate the fans always.
How do you prepare yourself before going on stage?
There’s no special preparation that I do. I always just try to be myself in whatever I’m doing. I just free myself and make sure I give the fans a good time. I have had a lot of performances over the years and I try to get better over the years. And I think I have been able to do well in that regard. I also love to perform with my live band whenever I can.
How do you draw your inspiration?
I get inspiration from the people around me. Right from time, I always relate with people who are older and more experienced than I am. That way, I get to learn a lot of important things. I like original and creative people who I can tap from. I also draw inspiration from the things that happen around me, or from what I read. I am never in a hurry when writing songs; I love to take my time and get it right. If I don’t feel a connection with the lyrics and beat of a song, I wouldn’t release it. I see a song as a piece of art or like when you are cooking a pot of soup. Every ingredient has to be in the right proportion for it to come out well. And that’s what I do.
What has stardom robbed you off?
Stardom has robbed me of a lot of things but I believe that, in life, there is no gain without pain. Ordinarily, I love to lead a simple life but that’s not possible anymore. As human beings, there could also be times that I’m dealing with some personal issues but people wouldn’t want to know. They would expect you to be smiling all the time; and if you don’t, they would accuse you of being proud and snobbish. But the beautiful thing is that I am living my dream.
Do you have plans to bring up new talents like some of your colleagues are doing?
Yes, it is something I have always wanted to do. But the industry is not well set up; the African music scene is still growing. I wouldn’t want to sign deals with people and have issues with them later.
What kind of issues?
It’s common around here to have contract breaches and other things like that. And there really isn’t anything in place to protect your investment.
How do you like to dress?
I always love to appear classy at all times. I also like clothes that show off my muscle because I do a lot of hard work to have bulging biceps.
Apart from music, what other interests do you have?
I love football and if not for music, I’m sure I would have become a footballer.
How do you unwind?
I watch football a lot and I also play video games.

Celebrities › Wizkid & Davido, Are You Guys Sick ? – Concern Fans Writes Open Letter by Ibukzy(op): 2:50pm On Jun 21, 2017
Them don start again oooo
I don’t know if I should say “Small pikin dey worry Una”. For crying out loud, the names,
Davido and Wizkid are names that are always addressed with much respect all over Africa and even the world over.
The ongoing fresh beef between the duo started up at a point when we all think both artistes have burried the hatchet and embrace peace. But my question for you guys is,
What joy do you derive in rubbishing yourselves in the fore front of your fans and loved ones worldwide?
It saddens my heart that artistes of Davido and Wizkid ‘s caliber are the ones still nursing what I will describe as the longest beef in the Nigerian music industry. But then, I am still finding it hard to figure out why the hell you guys should be in loggerheads against each other. Wetin be Una problem?
Talking about money, you guys are among stinkingly rich artistes in Africa with 99.9% of your wealth acquired from the music business. In terms of fame, your stars have shined across national boundaries and about to take over the world.
So, instead of you both to unite together on this common ground and in the spirit of brotherhood to cook up legendary ideas and collaborations that will further expand African sound across the globe. All you do is to ridicule yourselves with rants and brags about superiority, wealth, international recognitions and ambitions on social media.
I am just afraid Wizkid and Davido are trailing the path of Pasuma and Saheed Osupa whose dreaded beef rendered fuji music toothless today compared what it was many years ago.
Please, you guys should not kill Hip Hop like Fuji!!
Like seriously, you guys need to grow up. At least consider the fact that you have kids and younger ones who are looking up to you both as role models, What legacies are you laying down for them?
If two of una no get sense, you can go and borrow sense from Lilkesh and Reekado Banks who still hail each other and maintain peace after an attempt by headies organizers to turn their back against each other in January 2016.
Yoruba will say “Ija O do Ola ”. Beefs will not add anything to your awards, recognitions and wealth, it will only make you become star nuisance in the music industry. Wizkid and Davido should just apply sense and let the beef end now!
God Bless you!

Celebrities › The 5 Things From Davido’ S “fall ” You Should Know If You Don ’ T Already by Ibukzy(op): 8:16am On Jun 16, 2017
In just one week of its release, Davido’s “Fall” directed by Dabs is already on repeat on fan’s playlist with over 2Million views on YouTube as fans enjoy the second single of the year from Omo Baba Olowo.o after listening to this song and watching the video, there are five things.
But after listening to this song and watching the video, there are five things I think you guys should know, especially if you did not notice these things when you watched/listened, then go back, listen/watch the video then tell us more that we should know, for now, here are the ones I think you should know about;
1. Repetition: Is it just this song or all of Davido’s releases, I’ll want you to tell us, but what I can tell you for a fact is that listening to this song, it was super easy to sing along because of the repetition. YES. Davido repeated a lot of lines in this song that we can bet might be less than a minute without the repetition. The word “FALL” is so much on repeat that you’ll want to ask Davido if the title is because of the repetition of the word or because he fell into a trance… truth is, I’m also still wondering.
2. Same beat with IF: Apparently Davido is obvious to the fact that “IF” was a hit because of the beat, and of course the lyrics which most people believe to have been written in Tekno’s style. Now while the lyrics of FALL produced by Kiddominant, you’ll agree it sounds a bit like what Davido would write, but we cannot take away the fact that the beat of “IF” has been repeated here again, maybe not totally, but when you tune off your mind to the lyrics of the song, “FALL” is more or less a part two of “IF”.
3. More mature Davido: Finally, I think the video is more mature than any of Davido’s videos. there’s a kind of class that comes with it that I haven’t seen in any video from OBO. The video is calm, not much going on, so it helps the viewers retain concentration on the idea behind the video. Although he still threw his wealth on our faces like a classic Davido would, but it’s not in that arrogant youthful way he does, reminding us of what he has(no offence). In this video, he still threw his wealth slightly where he tells his on-screen lover that she has money and media attention because of him, but it was a huge relief to not hear him dominate the song with material things and bank statement rather it was a video that shows a man who leaves his troubled home, go out to dream only to come back to meet the wahala he left at home, but in this case, a Rolls Royce.
4. Terrible Acting skills: For all Filmmakers considering Davido for a role in Nollywood, watch this video and consider no more. Davido from this video has shown us he cannot act to save his life… at least I think so from this show. One would think that at the beginning of the video there would be any reaction from him while his onscreen lover was yelling at him, but Davido was just lost in that scene… where he was, me I do not know, but a little reaction would’ve made it more realistic and when he sang the first line, it should’ve been directed at her, not the camera!
5. Keeping his sound distinctly African: The sound of Fall is another Afrobeat that will get you moving to the sound of the beat with each sound giving you that African traditional beat that if you listen well and put the sounds apart, it’s a mixture of so many cultures coming together to find harmony thereby producing that distinct African sound you won’t hear everywhere, except in “IF”. The first sound was the classic Igbo sound until he switched to IF’ beat, and that sound was maintained throughout, although in a subtle manner.
So for me, this is a beautiful song with different parts that communicate different emotions, but if you want to make up with your girl like Davido is trying to do with the imaginary lady, pick just the hook and serenade your apology to her… do not, I repeat DO NOT pick the first line, because I’m also looking for Davido to ask him why he is bragging about his wealth while apologizing to his girl… not working well in the same context, but what can we say? It’s OBO… Baddest!

Politics › Why 82 Kidnapped Chibok Girls Were Released By Boko Haram by Ibukzy(op): 10:14am On May 07, 2017
Sahara Reporters is reporting that 80 kidnapped Chibok girls have been freed by Boko Haram insurgents to Saturday, May 6.

According to Sahara Reporters, the Islamist terrorist group, Boko Haram, has released a batch of more than 80 of the Chibok high school girls who were abducted in mid-April 2014.

Sahara Reporters had earlier reported that 80 girls were freed but sources close to the deal however insisted that only 62 girls were released.

The report said the release abducted school girls came after further negotiations between the Islamist group and the Muhammadu administration.

Sources also told @saharaReporters that latest release of Chibok girls involved prisoner exchange.

However the presidency has confirmed that 82 girls were released.

BREAKING: 80 Kidnapped Chibok Girls Freed By Boko Haram
NAIJ.com learnt that the source was not in a position to disclose the terms of an agreement that led to today's mass release of the Chibok school girls.

The 62 girls who just regained their freedom are said to be currently in Banki town in Borno state awaiting airlift to an unknown destination.

It is believed that once the girls are secured in a new location they would be debriefed, undergo a psycological and medical test and then be reunited with their families.

Meanwhile, recall that we had earlier reported that the America's foreign Office has warned westerners travelling to Nigeria to be careful as the Islamic terrorists, Boko Haram is “actively planning to kidnap” westerners to raise ransom money for their fight.

The foreign office, according The Telegraph, says the sect is planning to kidnap foreign workers in Bama local government area of Borno state.

Part of the foreign office statement read: “We have received reports that Boko Haram is actively planning to kidnap western foreign workers in Bama local government area of Borno state, along the Kumshe-Banki axis,” said the Foreign Office advice.
