I need help pls
Can you please advise on what further steps can be taken following the court order?this is the second refusal and It seems like the UK authorities are determined to make this process difficult for individuals. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I would be grateful for recommendations for an immigration lawyer who can assist with this matter as am considering administrative review

Content of refusal below

originally submitted with your visa application:
• Your passport issued 3
• Letter of consent from your mother
• Tenancy agreement
• Copy of your mother’s bank statement
• Birth certificate
• Letter from Secretary Welfare Office
• Court document dated 16/11/2023
• Letter from your school
• Copy of text message sent to Green-Coat Nursery
• School fees receipt only child’s name on but a bank copy of transaction.
I note that your mother’s visa was granted on February 2023 and you applied for
a visa on December 2023.
The birth certificate that you submitted shows *****as your father and
*********** as your mother.
I note that you have supplied a letter of consent from your mother along with a copy
of your mother’s tenancy agreement. I also note that you have supplied a copy of
your mother’s bank statement and a copy of transaction’s that shows your mother
has paid your school fees for September 2023 and January 2024. However, these
are not visible on your mother’s statements you have supplied. Also, the payment of

these fees is dated after you was refused a visa in February 2023. You have not
supplied any evidence that shows your mother has paid you school fees before
September 2023.
The Home Office wrote to you using the email address provided with your visa
application on the 24th January 2024 to ask if you wanted to provide any more
information, documents or evidence that you wish to be considered with your
application.
We received a reply on 29th January 2024 where you supplied the following
information:
• Another copy of the letter from Secretary Welfare Office and Court document
I acknowledge the letter from Secretary Welfare Office. This letter states: “you (your
mother) are a fit and proper person to take sole custody/guardianship” this does not
show that your mother has sole responsibility for your care only that they think she is
a fit person to be allowed to care for you. I also acknowledge the court document that
you have supplied. However, in paragraph 9 of this document, it states:
“That when the Applicant (your mother) informed the Respondent (your father) of the
need to allow the minor to be under his care while she is away; to give him the
fatherly love and care since the Applicant is not in the country; the Respondent
suggested that the best solution is for the minor to go with the Applicant’.
This document does not show that your father has relinquished his responsibilities for
your care. Also, your father has not provided any evidence relating to any serious or
compelling reasons why he cannot care for you. It was your mother’s personal
decision to depart for the UK and you have not provided sufficient evidence to grant
your visa on serious or compelling grounds under paragraph SW 30.2 (d).
Therefore, I am satisfied that the evidence you have provided does not demonstrates
that your father has no involvement in your upbringing.
I therefore refuse your application under paragraphs SW32A.1 with reference to
paragraph CHI3 (a) and CHI3 (c) of Appendix Children of Immigration Rules

Good day,
I am writing to seek assistance in applying for a dependent visa for my friends my 3-year-old on a skilled worker visa. He was refused a visa six months ago when he was 2 years and 6months old because she wasn't able to prove sole responsibility and the ability to show how to take care of him. she's been in the UK for 9 months now. However, she obtained one through a lawyer and was issued from Ikd Magistrate Court. Please, what other documents will I need to include in the application to make it a success?

NOTE: She is a single mom

Thanks so much for this information. I really appreciate
Can you please accept my private message request 🙏

dduchess90:
Hello

There's a lot you can provide

Let's start with accommodation

1. Provide evidence to show you are/have made suitable living arrangements for both kids, you have to consider age and gender. So minimum a 2bedroom space. You need to provide an evidence of the rent agreement/contract showing this

2. Nursery/School: Show evidence of identifying and contacting/concluding adequate nursery for the 2year old and school for your 13year old. With school it is the council's job to place them in schools closest to your home, but it may not be in every case.In most cases you can start this processes and even get a school allocated before they arrive, if you have done so provide the evidence. With Nursery and pending on your location you can reach out to them to confirm space, time, and cost, if you did so, provide the evidence of that

You may also include provisions you have made for school drop off and pick ups for the nursery, a 13year old can find their way home but this won't be immediate as he/she will need time to adjust to the surrounding.

3.Childcare for after nursery/school hours: Please note that kids of this age are not to be left alone so you need to provide evidence of any after school/nursery childcare arrangements you have made from an Ofsted childcare provider and/or sports clubs but the sports/extracurricular clubs wont work for the 2year old .

As a skilled worker/single mum you do work full time but if there are any evidence of hybrid/work from home fixed hours from your office to support being available for your kids please add that on as well

4.Health care: Provide evidence that you have identified/contacted the closest GP and will get them registered upon arriva

5. Remember to include a cover letter to discuss the documents/ your reasons and how the cost will be covered without need for recourse to public funds as you aren't entitled to anyway

These are just the basic evidence you can provide, you can add on extras as time goes on if you can

I hope it is easy to understand, it seems you have work to do in just 10days, hopefully you already have some of these evidence

Cheers

Good day House please help my sister who is single mum got a mail requesting the following to be provided for her daughter. Kindly advice so she does not make further mistake. (She went Against my advice to go first before applying for her daughter).
She got letter of consent and govt document from father already but they are asking again.

An explanation of why your birth certificate was issued on 05/03/2021 when your date of birth is 08/09/2014
• Evidence such as pregnancy records, maternity records or other medical records that verify your date of birth
• Any historical family photographs that confirm your age and family relationship
• Education records that verify your age, such as school certificates or reports
• Evidence to demonstrate suitable arrangements for your care and accommodation in the UK, which must comply with relevant UK legislation and regulations.
As your Mother does not have sole responsibility of your care then please provide:
• Further information as to why your Father will not be travelling with you.
• Evidence to support suitable arrangements for your care and accommodation in the UK, which must comply with relevant UK legislation
• A letter of consent from your Father plus a copy of the bio data page of their passport or other official government identity document containing their signature.

Thanks so much for your response.. The mother is actually in the Uk and its been really difficult for her to get a suitable accommodation as you said to be honest.. she is staying in a room airbnb at the moment but she is thinking home office might say its not appropriate for kids and its difficult to secure an apartment in 10days

Peterdapox:

You can state that the old birth certificate got lost and you had to get another one in that said date.
For the second, due to scarcity of accommodation that you are getting an air BnB first before securing a permanent accommodation. If you have the money, book online for Airbnb
