At least five people have been killed over the past two weeks since local vigilantes in South Africa started looting and attacking shops owned by immigrants mainly from other parts of Africa

In Johannesburg, Malawian immigrant Samuel Idrssa described how his friend was stabbed and set on fire by a mob.
‘We wanted to rescue him but there were too many of them,’ he said. ‘It was shocking.’
‘We have all left our homes. Those affected are those of us who live in poor townships because we live with poor South Africans who do not have jobs.’
Violence flared days after Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini said in remarks that foreigners should 'take their bags and go'. And pictures below capture the horror of what's currently happening in the country.

Addressing parliament in Cape Town on Thursday, President Zuma had reiterated his condemnation of the violence, calling it a 'violation' of South Africa's values.
No amount of frustration or anger can ever justify the attacks on foreign nationals and the looting of their shops,' he said. 'We condemn the violence in the strongest possible terms. The attacks violate all the values that South Africa embodies.'

The truth remains that Nigerian Army has fought gallantly in a very dirty war of attrition where some members of the community they are out to defend,has sympathy for the terrorist group.Dont forget that at a point both Maidugari Elders and our 'Mr intergrity' GMB once asked the Federal govt to quit fighting and grant Amnesty to these people and shld be treated with thesame measure as the Niger Delta militants.We know that behind the pretence and politics,most of these 'latter day saints',supports and believes that these terrorists are in a onerous task of liberating the North from the shackles of assumed prolong marginalization of the 15yrs of southern rule.
Until,we tell ourselves the truth,boko haram will keep tapping from the endless stream of brainwashed core northern youths.Their elites,Imams,traditional rulers and elders must step up,in an effort eto de-radicalize their teaming population of extremists.
They Nigerian Army has done very well in this war but to some quarters,accepting this fact is like giving credibilty to GEJ,so the propaganda against GEJ must continue. ...asking for amnesty in an ideological war is like a call for national suicide,GMB and the rest owes Nigeria an apology for indirectly sustaining the war through falsehood and misinfomation of their ill-informed populace.God bless the good people of Nigeria.

Never in the history of this country has a sitting President displayed this kind of desperation, financial recklessness and irresponsibility in a country that lacks basic infrastructure and common indices of human development, Jonathan flew to Lagos today again and he was scheduled to meet with youth groups which was organised by Obanikoro, $200 dollars will be given to each person that attend the event, I urge the youth to go to the venue collect the money and than vote for your conscience against your oppressors who meant bad and hell to your existence. Nigerians now are wise and educated, give the money we will collect and vote for our conscience , Nigerians had already decided of whom to vote, why is he disturbing himself? None of his supporters come to north to campaign for him again why? I think Jonathan have finally forfeited the northern votes which constitutes almost 60% of Nigerian vote. The south/west are learned and intelligent people. I advise Jonathan to reserved/keep his money and stay in Abuja jee jee before May 29, 2015 which is better for him, I am confident south/west will not vote for him, he deceived them twice and they can't be allowed to be cheat/deceived by Jonathan anymore. It is now crystal clear to Nigerians why the PDP and President Jonathan shifted the February 14 presidential elections to March 28, This is the money the President would have used to create jobs for millions of young jobless Nigerians, This is the millions that would have been used to rebuild our decayed and moribund universities, This money would have been used to rebuild our teaching hospitals to become centres of excellence, but the President decides to waste that money for his bid to come back to power by all means? This is un presidential, unpatriotic and wicked, God will surely deal with anybody who doesn't have Nigeria at heart. Vote wisely and make sure you vote your conscience , change is inevitable by his grace.
