It is impressive and inspiring to read posts such as these. As Nigeria gets older as a nation as a people ethnic divisions should become a thing of the past. A typical example is that I am an Igbo whose first cousins are Yoruba, Hausa, Calabar and Bonny in Rivers State. We have been brought up to love and assist one another. There are no ethnic divisions between us and we enjoy each other's hometown's and cultures. That also includes the VIP treatment when you go to their hometowns. My closest friend in life is Yoruba and he is my mother's adopted son and as good as my biological brother. We should not limit ourselves. A house divided itself cannot stand. We are Nigeria and may GOD Bless us all!

there is a CSO of one of the country's tertiary institutions who is committing heinous and criminal acts against students and visitors of the institution. People have been complaining that the man in question a retired ASP of police has been extorting money from students illegally with threats of having them arrested by the police with cooked up stories. He has attacked many students and a few visitors with his gang. They have attacked a number of people to the point of hospitalizing them and even deforming quite a number.He has arrested people with the police in the name of the VC and charged them to court only for the defendants to find out that the charges against them were false and not from the VC or the University but that he had charged them to court with the allegations to be prosecuted by the state. The CSO in question is a well known alcoholic and drug abuser but cannot be brought to book with the VC because he has the VC's ear and the VC has the ear of the Governor making it difficult to bring him to book on a state level. The 2 most disturbing of his recent exploits was his planting of drugs on a security staff who was bold enough to criticize his misbehavior. He had drugs planted in the staff's office desk and has had him arrested,charged to court and remanded into prison custody. The final one is of a student who refused to be intimidated by him. He laid his usual false allegations on the student and the student was apprehended and shot in the legs by the police. He is currently recovering in a hospital. The CSO's evil nature has made it a necessity for him to be arrested,investigated and charged to court directly from the IG's office since he is using the powers vested upon him by the VC to the optimum level of oppression.
