This problem is quite common with Glo data. Try another data line (MTN, Airtel etc) aside the one giving you this issue.
Sometimes, a simple switching off of your data solves the issue.

This government lacks critical thinkers. The inflation of prices of food we have today is caused by their actions. If someone in Thailand could export rice all the way from Thailand to Nigeria and still sells it lower than the one harvested in Abakiliki why not study what Thailand does differently? You want everyone to go into farming who would use a plot of land in Lekki to do farming? This is the principle of comparative cost advantage. Let the man in Benue do his farming and sell to the man who has used his plot of land in Lekki to erect building he will receive high rent. This the principle all over the world. If the youths in Benin Republic prefer farming and the youths in Lagos prefer IT Skills you let them prosper in the area they deem fit. The man in Benin Republic makes money though agriculture while the man in Lagos make money through IT Skills. By the time you force the person in Lagos to go into agriculture you will end up not gaining anything like Buhari has not gained in closing down border.
