Sports › Re: Revealed: Coach Oliseh’s First Eagles XI by Icon4s(m):
Ur list is not complete.

We also expect to see the likes of:
Efe Ambrose (Celtic)
Victor Moses (Chelsea)
Ahmed Musa (CSKA Moskow)
Odion Ighalo (Watford FC)
Victor Anichebe (Westbrom)
Aaron Samuel (China)
Brown Ideye (Westbrom)
Sonne Aluko (Hull City: though recently relegated bt should b given special consideration)
John Ogu

And some youngsters including:
Kinglsey Madu
Troost Ekong
Kingsley Sokari
Kelechi Iheanachoi
Alex Iwobi
Dele Alli
Isaac Success
Imoh Ezekiel
Oghenekaro Etebor.

My recomended first 11 for Oliseh:

.............Enyeama

Balogun..Ambrose..Omeruo..Echiejile

..................Onazi
..................................Mikel

Musa..................Aluko..............Moses

...........................Ighalo

Subs:
Samuel
Obaobona
Ogu
Madu
Anichebe
Daniel Akpenyi
Brown Ideye

The remaining youngsters should jst b in d team to learn from d more established players.

Yes Ambrose is centre back that is what he plays in Celtic and all thru his U20 to U23 & under Siasia as SE coach. It was Keshi that converted him to right back for SE when we did nt have a quality right back. Balogun is hère now so Ambrose should revert to his natural position.

We are no longer under d Keshi era when faceless, untested players will b doning our green and white jerseys for serious international matches. Oliseh can test new players during friendlies where we have an option of 6 substitutions.

Last bullet: Oliseh should nt invite any home based player that is above 25yrs. He lacks noticeable qualities that is y no overseas club has signed him all these yrs, period. He should instead keep such slots for young players. Eg an 18yrs old Iheanacho or Yahaya has more prospect than a 26yrs old Gbolahan Salami.

I dnt know where nor when this bizare act started. We never did this during our time. On the day we wrote our last exam in school we organized a praise and worship session to thank God for seeing us through. If u passed through the Ogun State University between d late 1990s and early 2000s, where cultism was at its peak, Aluta and sch closure, ASUU strike every year, u have every cause to give thanks to God.

My first encounter with this bizare water or paint bathing act was when i was running a masters programme in one of the Unis in d SS.
I saw pple chasing themselves up and ddown. At first I thought it was gang/cultists attack. I quickly took cover and went to observe from a safe position only to see these children carrying dirty water in plates, pots and bucket and emptying it on one girl & a boy.
i later asked one of my fellow msc students and was told they jst graduated. I was so pissed off.

So now dey have graduated from water to paints. Lord have mercy.

Please let European countries go n die..... if we have China and India who cares .
I personally export dry fish to Europe.Chinese and Indians hardly eat d kind of fish Nigerians eat. It is d Nigerians/Africans in Europe that consume our agric products. it is a blow. See wetin beans sellers cause for us sad

This is exactly where the problem is. An average hausa man saw it as mandatory to get his pvc and vote. This guys don't joke with politics. A fulani herdsman is much more informed politically than an average Igbo man. In the North, you see old people going to vote but down east, they just don't care.

We need to step up our game if we know what we want to achieve
on point u are brother.we need to start preparing for 2019. If d Igbos can raise their number of registered voters, PDP might seed d VP slot to d SE. PDP needs a northern Presidential candidate to break up d votes in d north.PDP still has a very strong hold of d SS & SE, also 40% of SW & 60 of NC. A credible northern candidate can break up the votes of d NE and NW if Buhari & APC dnt fulfil their campaign promises.

^^^You're easily fooled if you don't know the last PVC registration exercise was rife with all sorts of shenanigans and wuruwuru aimed at giving buhari/Hausa/Fulani/APC an upperhand! Attahiru Jega was in on it, and i don't buy for a second his butter-won't-melt-in-my-mouth stance of incorruptibility!
See, this is where d problem is. We will sit down in d comfort of our homes and b crying wolf where there is none. Majority of we southerners did nt take the voters registration serious bc we have so much believe in the notion dat our votes dnt count. My Brother if u didnt get ur PVC d last election try and get it. Not jst u bt every Igbo son and daughter around you.
We need to lay low this Biafra thing for now and take what is ours in Nigeria.

Ngige went down to d underground knowing how fully well he has wasted his time. Dey re no more carrying him along.

If politics is really a game of interest then what's roadchas interest?

I hate dat guy
Rochas and Ngige are d greatest fools of all d Igbos in APC. Baba has used and dumped them. APC needed them for d 25% required from d SE (which dey still dodnt get).APC is purnishing d SE for voting GoodLuck and this is time for our Igbo politicians to wake up and face d challenge. Massive voters registration campaign should be carried out across d SE and where ever Igbos reside in Nigeria. Let me see how semi-desert lands will b more populated than the tropical region.

Committee Chairmanship for you
That's what you deserve
Politics is about number
Next time work hard so your people can come out in large numbers
Dnt mind we Igbos. When d Northerners were busy getting registered and collecting PVC our people were busy chasing shadows. How can a state like Imo or Abia b producing only 400, 000 votes where war ravaged states like Bornu & Bauchi be hitting 1million plus.Nt to talk of places like Kano & Katsina. Politics is a game of numbers. Igbos must take d next voters registration exercise serious, with that other zones would want to form aliance with us. Nothing stops the SE states from each having 3million plus registered voters so election days we will b recording 1million plus, including Igbos residing outside d SE and let me see whether Igbos wont b relevant in d political calculation.

Musa Yahaya (right) has turned his back on Dream Team...
Nigeria U20 star Musa Yahaya has dropped himself from the team to Sunday’s CAF U23 Championship qualifier in Congo after he left training camp in Port Harcourt and failed to return, officials have informed AfricanFootball.com
Musa Yahaya, who is on the books of English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur, was a late substitute in the first leg match in Port Harcourt and played below par.
It was understood he later sought permission to leave camp and later return, but he has since stayed away from the team.
Interestingly, he was outstanding in training leading up to the first leg and was widely expected to start the game.
In the meantime, Turkey-based forward Umar Aminu and Shehu Abdullahi from Portuguese club Uniao da Madiera have joined up with the Dream Team VI.
Shehu was initially ruled out for the encounter after he suffered an injury in a pre-season game, but he has since been cleared by his Portuguese club and has arrived Nigeria.
The country’s Olympic team are scheduled to play a test match against Abuja College by 4pm Wednesday in Abuja before they fly out Thursday afternoon via Ethiopia for Congo.
