Dont worry about your BMI.. Even last year those that were too fat and overweight were later considered after initially flagging them down for elimination.

Please worry about BMI oh, you dont want to be overweight or underweight.

They were probably re considered because of other reasons.

All things being equal, forms will be out April(Next month).

Well, in Nigeria, we dont work with things being equal, cos things are never equal.

There aint a specific rumoured date yet, we all have to wait patiently.

Happy super birthday to you brother. Wish you all the best.

@house, I'm not new on NL but decided to register
an account today after 4-8 weeks.

I'm highly interested in going to Estonia and I want to
use Euroacademy - my main course, International Relation
is been offered for the next February entrance.

Anyone also on this journey? We could document our
process like others have been doing here.

God bless y'all for keeping this thread lively. Hakeem
and all others

Cheers to a great future.

I don't think you will have any problems, but in case you can get your admission documents every every ready for proof that you are not just going for a visit. And by the way, have you applied for trp?

Okay, yes I applied for TRP.
Thanks

Please is the visa not for study purpose? I am thinking that if is for study then one way is okay but you can also find out from the travel agency.

Well, D-visa is called a long stay visa. It doesn't exactly say it's for study purpose.

To me, thats a decision you have to make on your own. Either travel with one way or purchase a return.

Thank you!

Thank you, will the immigration allow me to leave nigeria with just a one way?

Hello Guys, Please I kinda need advice with possible and reasonable solution.

I had booked my flight with turkish airline from abuja to tallinn for the 22nd aug, and thought i had included a return in the email sent to the travel agency. I just noticed I dnt have a return ticket, Please what can I do, or how do I travel considering financial cost.
PS, I do not have TRP yet, just D-visa.

Thanks in anticipation

Icot, please I asked you a question?

Sorry for the late response. I used a Tourist Visit Visa. And the requirements are the same everywhere for the Estonian d visa and residence permit.

Oh really? Where did you get the message of not entering Estonia before August?

Gentlemen, On the Estonian D-visa you will be given, there is a validity date period (from....until)
If that date has not reached which corresponds to the date you put on the application form of your entry to estonia you definitely will not be allowed in. The important thing is to Plan your trip very well with the right dates so everything can blend in well..

Goodluck

Hello Guys

Just an advice for those talking about one way. Please in order to avoid embarrassment at the airport, Please travel with a return ticket.
Unless you have your residence permit, then you can travel one way. But since its the D-Visa you are going to travel with, the immigration and even the airline will never let you travel.
You can book a one month duration, the price difference is not much(probably lol). you can just forfeit it.
Travel / Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by icotfodile: 10:32am On Jul 11, 2016
Having obtained admission, you have to apply for temporary residence permit for study. However, this takes at least 2 months and as such one may not have enough time, therefore it becomes necessary to apply for Estonia D-visa which will enable you to travel to estonia to begin study and obtain the TRP from there(having applied for it already). Please refer to this for further info and required documents https://www.politsei.ee/en/teenused/residence-permit/tahtajaline-elamisluba/oppimiseks/

Unlike Germany which requires €8000 blocked account, Estonia only requires proof of sufficient funding or a stable income that can cover expenses in form of a bank statement and letter of support(If you are not funding yourself).

From what I have heard, there are jobs, mostly IT jobs, and may not be so difficult to obtain these(as such, hoping to get one asap in august).

Language is not a problem, as you can definitely still communicate in English, most importantly as the study language is in English

nevilbot:
Hello everyone,

I came across this forum while searching on study in Estonia for my younger one. I have more than enuf info on how to apply and schools to apply to but where I seem not to find info is the visa application requirements and process if one gets the admission. I have read thru some pages here and I saw people talking abt India route or UK route and it left me confused

Plz I av the following questions.
1) after securing admission, what are the process and requirements for securing an estonia visa.
2) how do dey require proof of funding to be shown cus I'm presently in Germany and I know Germany requires something called a blocked acct before one can get a study visa
3) what are the prospect for part time jobs while studying? Are they available or not?
4) since the official language is Estonian, can an English speaker survive before he gets a hang of the language.

Thanks as I look forward to your answers

2 weeks sir...

jeffoe:
virgin passport means no previous travel history, the Passport has no visa stampv on it, what was the duration of the uk visa process.
Travel / Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by icotfodile: 1:11pm On Jul 09, 2016
Pardon me, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by virgin passport.
However I have had a UK visa before which expired so I just renewed, though still needed an invitation letter. the estonian embassy in London does not give any invitation letter or email for reference. you book an appointment by phone conversation and thats it.

Since you have cousins in the UK, you can request an invitation letter from them as well as specify your intention of going to the estonian embassy in London in the visa application.

jeffoe:
your uk visa was it on a virgin passport. I have cousins in the uk, was the invitation letter from the estonian embassy or from your relative, what is the documents required and the cost. I was thinking of applying for an Spanish/Italian sheghen visa, what are my chances.

Hello Guys....

For those still processing their Estonia Visa and TRP and/or indian visa, I wish you guys goodluck.
However, I will recommend trying to get a UK visit visa if you have a family member or relative in the UK to apply for estonia visa and trp at London. Was quick and easy for me to obtain my Estonia D-visa.
Also theres no harm in trying other places, Please do not all rely on India, it was probably easy in the past.

Best regards

Sure. Admission doesn't only depend on transcript grade. But on other things.
2nd class can definitely give it a try....
