Good day house, Please I need to get this information right. Can i use the same account statement that I used for my previous visa interview because the bank statement is only showing statements of last year and I would be applying again this fall or should I update it because my sponsor is a us citizen and it would be stressful for him to update again and send the original down here .please I need advice on this.

Me: I have done my research on the school and course I am going for and I have seen that the standard of the school..... ( cuts me short)
VO: under the immigration law you don't qualify for a student visa.

2nd interview
Me: Good morning
VO: when did you finish secondary school
Me: 2014
VO: what have you been doing prior to your application
Me: I have been working and also going for catering class
VO: sorry ( returns passport and I -20)

4 year lap. Hmmm, only God knows what was on the VO's mind when he/she looked at your application during the interview. The lapse is really long, and I can tell you that's one of the keys to your refusals.

okay thanks . But what was I supposed to tell them cus I said I was working and also attending catering school. I was still turned down

Good afternoon. I have been going through the thread and the comments has been helpful. I was denied my visa twice this year I went for my first interview on the 9th and was denied after being asked why I choose one school then I reapplied and was denied and the question was what I have been doing since high school I was asked to differ my admission to fall by the school. Pls do you think I should apply again is there any possible chance I would get it because I answered all the interview questions right but still don't know the answer they really need
