Let's just accept the fact that.. not until recently, the Nigerian National teams used to be a habour for age cheats.. and so many people with fake stories....

The baba of them all is even the story of my senior bros BLESSING IGBINIJESU (Victor Moses) ... whom i watched very well at BJ Foundation in Benin city... claiming an entirely different sub story later... I have seen a lot of games this preseason on our lads and I also saw this one involving Nwakali. It is true he played a really top game against Sociedad but I chose not to come talk about it here b'cos I await the main thing, the league kickoff. There are folks here who get heart attack Everytime we mention Nwakali, and I really want to have mercy on them. That's why. grin

But truthfully, he is doing well and having a fine preseason so far. I only hope he sustains this reborn act and step it up when La Liga resumes. This could be Nwakali's season. It's up to him.
Honestly , I was not expecting much from him but as the game wears on it became obvious to me that the lad was balling , pressing and winning tackles .....I was kind of impressed by that. But his calmness on the ball exudes class....e sweet me i nogo lie. Onu kwuli njo ga emesia kwuo mma. Of course , its up to him and he isnt doing badly but imagine when the boy hits top form! Countless heart attacks

Watched N. Nwakali against Real Sociadad and dude was balling. 99.9% of his passes were tailor made. He played the deep lying playmaker and every time has the ball there is this calmness , confidence with which he moves as if he is the only player on the field. During the dying minutes Nwakali unleashed one of those his trademark piercing shots that got blocked by Sociadad's defender. May I also add that his pressing game has improved. I honestly think Nwakali is set for a comeback. However, he isn't 100% fit but I am sure Nwakali wont be sitting on the bench when the season resumes. Too much talent.

Nwakali is a deep lying playmaker with really great attributes: dribbling, free kicks , long pinpoint passes and of course breathtaking goals.

Help me ask am say 2015 to 2020 is how many years?

Nwakali is still living on the hype of his U17 exploits since 2015 till date when the likes of kalu, chukwueze, Osimhen, Aribo, Dennis, onyekuru, maja, etc hv all debuted for the super eagles even some are mainstay in the team currently

He will still be basking on the euphoria of his exploits 5 yrs ago when the likes of olise, ejaria, Onomah, alhassan etc will be capped too cheesy

Em go wait for Nwakali tire cheesy cheesy
Nwakali is with SC Huesca and all he needs is support and encouragement. You should not be here hoping he fails so you could mock him.

Na u i dey wait mk u talk since

It took Nwakali 4 years to mk the leap to relegation hopefuls Huesca while in the case of Okoye it happened in just his 2nd season as a pro

I bet you that in 2 or 3 seasons time Okoye will emerge as the number 1 choice in the super eagles with his current rise club wise while Nwakali may not get 3 to 4 caps

Anya ma oka Chara acha! cheesy cheesy
So , now we are going to change the rules abi , and start talking about time frame....dear lordy. However, dont forget that this same Nwakali was the MVP at Chile 2015, did well on his first club stint in Europe , racked up some great performances with SE team and U23 B while largely unfit and proved he is a bundle of talent that needs to get back on track. Now , you got Maduka Okoye who is literally unknown with absolutely no experience yet you celebrated him. Did you see you gaffe ?

Additionally, stop making predictions on people's career because you dont even know if you would still be alive tomorrow. And , honestly , you are not good at prediction. Nwakali will sails with success and I am not here to compare Okoye and to Nwakali.

Ndidi cannot improve beyond where he is as long as he stays in Leicester
Ndidi is a good tackler but deficient in attack and shooting
Today's style of football entails all team attack and defense but Ndidi plays like a standing defender which is grossly deficient in today's football.
I believe his agent needs to search out a coach that can bring the attacking side of him to fore. Else he can be converted to a central defender but his physique does not favour such position.
Ndidi ,in my opinion can't improve beyond his natural ability...dont expect him to all of a sudden start spraying passes like a modern DM. If my memory served me right the boy had played in the defense originally. And if Awaziem can play in CD Ndidi can definitely play there.

So you know history of Onitsha more than the grandmother of Dr Zik? She told Zik the history. A woman probably born not later than 1840. Zik was born in 1904.

During Zik's grandmother's time, Igbo nationalism had not taken root, so people were still honest.

The Aroli and other names, were they written in their birth certificates? Is it not through oral stories that the names were mentioned? So nothing makes those more genuine than Zik's grandmother's story.

You think you know the language Ezechima and his followers spoke growing up more than a woman born probably around 1840? cheesy grin

Like Olu of Warri, Oba of Lagos and several prominent monarchs today, the first monarch of Onitsha left Benin with followers.

Meeting Igboid people across the Niger & relative distance from Benin soon Igbonised the new Kingdom. Just like Warri & Lagos monarchs. At least both acknowledge their Benin descent. I know Biafra quest makes it all too political now for Igbo to see beyond coming from Middle East

Whatever the case, Benin do not care about Igbo or Anioma. The sooner Biafra breaks away the better. The sooner everything will go back to what it should be been. Please go meet Igbo & Yoruba using you guys to play ludo despite being 25 million people at least.

Benin resisted the foolish contraption called Nigeria by resisting useless British protectorate status when many others were falling over themselves to accept it. Except a few other brave ones.

Who the ffuck is Zik in the academic field for me to listen to his story which has no modicum of proofs. Did you also believed Eze Nri were the ones crowning Oba of Bini like your Bini Chiefs and Anthropologists rightly posited ?

Until you can prove how a people like Ndi Onicha steeped deep into Igbo culture from time immemorial could have any chance of having Bini origin ,you will weep forever. Recently, the Obi of Onicha restated that Onicha are Igbo on reverse migration....you think you still got a fight here...lol

About the imminent disintegration of Nigeria, we have been dying to have that...be our guest. But , as for Onicha and Enuani of Anioma its over. Go romance your Ika and Ukwuani who like kissing Omonona's aszz. Good night!

I wanted to explain but I thought you were at least a little smart at least. But I was obviously too optimistic.

If you read again I wrote " who later became popularly known as Ezechima". Meaning he had another name from Benin before getting that name later.

In Japan, the Emperor gets his royal title after his death. It could be Enlightenment, Advancement or whatever (education, economic/technological success) best transformed or marked society during his reign. I keep referring to other old cultures because many people are too unexposed to see how humans have done things, irrespective of race or culture.

So a leader being given a new name later is nothing new.

So it appears you have not read the book Dr Zik wrote just after Biafra War.

You can find out Ezechima's Benin name if you are not too lazy. Or should I spoon-feed you? shocked shocked
Please , stop this pathetic tales because Ezechime did not arrive at Onicha alone. The whole contingent who departed Iduu na Oba had Igbo names and I meant every single one of them. That baseless claim will not fly here....Names like Aroli , Chukwuka , Chimedie , Oraeze etc were names of some people who arrived with him and they were speaking pure Igbo and practicing Igbo culture. Same goes for Onicha brethrens in Anioma who are also Igbo through and through. You guys have no shame , so much for "empire builders." Ezechima has no ffucking Bini name. You cant possibly be this dense! Employing some japanese traditions just to make a lame point only exposes your desperation...give up , already! Take your L with some joy. We have been living in this area longer before your little Bini was born. We are very ancient people and this is the Nri speaking.

Please , stop talking about Zik because not a single reference with proof of tradition to back his tales up was provided. Zik was just regurgitating the akuko iduu na oba my grand mother Iyom Nnebuenyi was told us as kids. Now , we do research and show authentic evidences.
