Gipv4.1 and one other app which I don't wanna name here in public, its actually saying I need netframe 3.5, which whenever I try to install it online it gives me an error message

Gipv4.1 is not a .exe file.

It means u don't hv to install it b4 u run it on ur pc, all u hv to do is to extract d files, then create a folder in ur system paste the .sys files there.

Then right click on d Gipv4.1 files nd click on run as administrator. If doesn't work, them you need to check windows restrictions on your control panel.

U can alternatively try this soft,

I wanted to download an application on my laptop BT its asking that I have netframe 3.5, which I have tried to download several times and its kept giving me error message, I downloaded netframe 4.0 which is suppose to be d higher version to 3.5 BT the application kept insisting on that 3.5... am using a windows 8.1 pro.

She needs dat job so she could use the money to enrol for IT trainings like ccna, programming sql, Web design, mcse, java. Etc. All these things cost money to learn..
