After President Buhari completed his first tenure as President of Nigeria, the 2019 General Election was a legal and legitimate time for Nigerians to decide whether to retain Muhammadu Buhari as President or replace him.

Mr. Omoyele Sowore like everyone else who believed they will do a better job as President joined the race, campaigned and shared their leadership ideas to the electorates. Nigerians considered it all and voted to retain the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari for another 4 years.

It is therefore unacceptable that a candidate like Sowore who lost heavily, couldn't even win a single State in Nigeria, will now resort to disguise as self help for a 2023 game plan when the new administration is yet to fully take off.

Mr. Omoyele Sowore must tender an unreserved apology to Nigerians for the following reasons:

1. He contested for President and lost, being a sore loser is pathetic. And starting a 2023 campaign now is unnecessary.

2. His call for REVOLUTION to kick out a duly elected President is a criminal offence.

3. The decision of millions of Nigerians who voted to reelect Muhammadu Buhari as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria far outweighs his self ambition.

4. His call for an uprising is a security threat, will disrupt public peace, bring anarchy, endanger lives and properties.

5. If Sowore has any thing meaningful to say, he could have posted it on his blog - SaharaReporters.

6. Sowore wants to light a match and lite a fire in Nigeria just to watch and see how much damage it can cause.

After tendering the apology, Sowore should endeavour and refund the over 150 million naira he ripped off his election supporters.

Honestly, we have to start demarcating knowledge and only then can we start appreciating philosophy. I would have loved to hear something like: The Greatest Western Philosopher.. it is only in that sense that you students of Western Philosophy can talk about Descartes, Socrates and their likes...

If we are to talk about philosophy as a subject in ots philosophical sense. Not western oriented knowledge. I would not even compare Socrates with Orunmila. Orunmila was far more sophiticated... he would have sat Plato and Socrates down and thought them a lot.. his understanding cut across history, medicine, being, and whatnot.

You have to go back to school. Philosophy is not Greek, study Descartes and Socrates as much as you want. You understanding of the World will continue to be a misconception. You go study the pholosophy of Orunmila and Ifa Corpus and you will understand that Greece is not where knowledge started and finished.

The results for Sowore will be shocking across most Southwest states, I will be surprised if he doesn't win Ondo and win big in Oyo including the almighty Lagos. I have said the same in many threads and some nairalanders who haven't left their states before are arguing.
