I can tell the people are not complaining and tired about it.. Cause if they do, they wouldn't be falling for all this recycled Promises this old men tell us every 4 years...

I have spent over 3 decades in this life and all my life, these old men have been promising the same thing and it's looking like the people don't want to wake up from their slumber

As an Arsenal fan, I can boldly say am really pained with our present situation..These our present losing streak is getting me worried that we might get relegated these season

HOW IT STARTED
Mine was through friends influence, I once followed a friend of mine to one of my classmates house then in ss2 it was there I had my first sex... You might think I enjoyed it, but no, that was the beginning of the downfall in life.

All of a sudden things changed for me.. I noticed after that sex I started have the urge to have more sex, I sneaked my mum phone and watch my first porn.. That was how my Masturbating life started.. I continue masturbating till I got to the university.. it was these year, during the lockdown I sat down and asked myself a question which was "WHY DO I MASTURBATE AND WHAT IS THE JOY I GAIN"... Let me shock you, I gained nothing but instead I was loosing it..

I noticed that after I started doing that stuff (masturbating), I easily forget things cause I was doing really well( but not too good) before in my academics, I usually have the time to read my books , but after I masturbate, I tend to loose that strength and loose focus, I also noticed I was never attracted to any female no matter how you look like or dress, the only thing I was always attracted to was seeing your unclothedness which I always do in my mind whenever I just sight a lady.. To the extent my friends then in year one thought I was a gay cause I never had a girlfriend from my secondary school days till my year 3 in school when I decided to stop doing it(masturbating)..

HOW I STOPPED IT(MASTURBATING)
Remember I said It was these year I sat myself and thought over that evil act..

It was a very difficult time for me during the period of trying to Stop myself from masturbating.. Cause I actually I actually did that thing for 5 good years..

Before I stopped it, I went online, made some research on google from different websites on how to stop these stuff.. Yes you will find a lot of remedy in which you could use, but trust me those things didn't work for me.. I would follow those instructions for 1 week and after that I will be back to Masturbating.. That thing really pained me cause I was determined to stop it but I would not stop..

But then I remembered I was forgetting one thing to back up those remedies which was GOD.. cause during those times I was masturbating, I knew I was far from him (GOD), I could remember I stopped going to church.. Am not trying to bring up any religion stuff here but am just trying to make you check yourself well maybe you are also forgetting him.. No matter the religion you are into, be it Muslim, Christian, or any religion of your choice, I would advise you include prayers to your life to stop the thing..

I know a lot of people will tell you that prayer cannot make you stop masturbating( I was once one of them) cause they think it's just an habit you can stop by yourself, but I later searched myself well and found out that That was one of the thing I was missing(GOD)...

I don't know if what I said might help, but I will advise you to give it a try and see if it works for you.. Cause that stuff masturbation is extremely BAD....

Thank God it now 6 months since I stopped watching porn and stop masturbating and trust me, I saw a lot of changes in my life.. I might have not mentioned the full story but this is all I can say for now.. Thank you

After seeing these post, I flash back to 5 years ago back then in my former compound, there was these faithful day my landlady was doing a clean up in her house, so she packed some of her stuff downstairs so she could clean her apartment properly..

Then I saw one particular object looking like a water bottle lying down where the rest of her stuffs were.. I then picked it up and drew out one string from the body.. Lo and behold, I released a tear gas on my face...lol..

It wasn't funny that day.. I actually thought I was going to go blind or even die..

Yeah you might be asking how did the tear gas get to that place.. Her husband (my landlady) husband was a police man before he passed away,so some of his properties were still in the house..

Men the rate of accident happening in these state, I so so alarming... This is getting too much to bear..
