Genotype changes for reason unknown to me. Before i got married, my fiancee and I went for genotype test in a reputable lab recommended by her church as that was the first condition given to us by her church before we could start marriage counselling. When we finished counseling in her church, it was the turn of my own church to do another round of counselling and they also referred us to do a genotype test which we also complied with.

Both labs sent our results directly to the two churches and the results were AA for both of us. Five years into the marriage after we've had two kids already, she had a medical issue and they had to do medical test for her and behold, her genotype result was AS. This shocked me and both of us had to go do another test in another lab again to confirm the new test result and while mine remained AA , her was confirmed again as AS. When the marriage clocked 15 years, myself and her and all our kids went for a fresh round of genotype test and all of us except my wife are AA with my wife as the only AS.

So genotype does change but i don't know the medical mystery behind it.

What on earth is the usefulness of these information for a training program?

This is also of all employers in Nigeria. In fact, most CV (resumè) formats in Nigerian public and private sectors have space for above information. Please What is the usefulness of these usefulness information?

If its an international job, the information are needed for planing purpose on the part of the employer.

Its really unfortunate there is no longer trust in marriage.

Hmmm, let me give you my story to encourage you. I finished school in 2003, got a good job in one of the telecom firms, worked hard, did my masters, got married and saved lots of money sufficient to start a business. Then in 2008, I felt i wasnt fulfiled with paid employment again.Dangote was always my role model, so I resigned and decided to go into business. I went into a good business, did well for few months and along the way, a staff connived with my supplier in a state in nigeria ,my capital vanished overnight and the rest is history.

By 2009, i was back to ground zero and every attempt I made to revive myself in business failed and full time HARDSHIP set into my life (probably like what you are facing now). To make matter worse, my wife who was a youth corper when i married her just had my first baby around this time . So the baby arrival, wife not working and myself not working againg made matter worse. We were practically living from hands to mouth. It was a hell but that was the beginning of my hell. By mid 2010, my wife had to go take a teaching job in a nusery school near our house in lagos then with a baby of less than one year at hand. The salary was 10K and that was the only money coming into the family.

When depression was knocking at my door, one day, i left the house and worked kilometers away from home with no destination in mind. I was just going, weeping inward and praying in ward for God to show me mercy for the sake of my new baby. Then, all of a sudden, having worked kilometers, i saw a shop where they were selling phone accessories and i walked in. I told the young guy there (younger than me by years), i told him i would want help him to be marketing his accessories daily around the neighbouhood and he would be paying me commission on every sales I make per day.

The young man looked at me and asked if he could trust me and i assured him that i wont dissapear him. I was speaking good english and I think the guy just feel in love with me. So, he asked me to start that day.He didnt know me, no guarantor, no application, nothing whatsoever. He just trusted me .He gave me 3 pieces of charger, phone batteries, MP3 charger, power bank etc and i left his shop. I started moving from streets to streets and anybody i saw on the road, i would be marketing to them to buy charger, power bank etc. I would add a little mark to the price the guy gave me.
By 6pm, I would return to his shop and hand over my sales to him and return the unsold goods and he would pay me commission on what i sold and i would go home with about N700 or N800 commission and that would be our diner money for that day. It was a tough season that i never prayed for my enemy to go though. This was what i did from 2010 to 2013.

While i was doing this mobile sales job, I was applying for jobs daily with my 2.1 first degree certificate and my masters degree (I thank God i was smart enoughto do my masters when I was working in the telecom firm). I applied for uncountable number of vacancies but never got a job.

Fast forward to 2014,I was owing 2 years house rent and my landlord gave a quit notice to pack out. At that stage, God Almighty had mercy on me and one of the aptitude test i did came back with an invitation for interview. The challenge was that the interview was going to be in Abuja. I borrowed 5k from a friend to enter night bus to get to Abuja to attend the interview and behold God gave me the job. The starting salary was 560k (an international NGO) . From there, my story changed. That was how i relocated to Abuja and God saved me from landlord eviction embarrasment. Today, i work with a global organisation with multipe 6 digits fat salary, got houses of my own and other great achievements of life BUT with all that, I can never forget the years 2009 - 2014. Those were the darkest years of my life. I SUFFERED.

Op, i have been there before and i can relate with you that its a terrible place to be for a man. If you are not married, its still better for you. All you need to do is to start anything that you hands find to do,even it its labourer, please do it. Dont ever stay at home thinking because your problems will just be compounded. While doing anything you can lay your hands to do, please keep applying for jobs daily in hundreds and one day, I mean one day, the Good Lord will open that door for you and your life will never be the same again.Its a season and it will soon pass over. The best prayer we all need to be praying in this country is for God to bless us to be able to afford good private hospitals when in need of medical attention. Our government hospitals are nothing but places where human beings are left to die when sick. Years back, I lost my mum and a son due to bad medical services being provided in nigerian public hospitals. Thereafter, i vowed never to allow any body i know to go to government hospital when they fall sick because if they go,you can never guarantee that they will come back alive.

That is why i dont get bothered when those useless government doctors go on strike becuase even when they are not on strike, all they do is to kill patients in their hospitals.

If she is, then its normal. In marriage, once a woman gets to the age of 40-45 years, it becomes difficult to control her.Some even stops spending time in the kitchen for cooking for their husband at that stage. I currently work in a multinational firm, last month i got an invitation for another multinational company that i knew was going to pay me higher because i applied for a higher position there. In the invitation, they requested me to come for the written test in their head office in Abuja, i replied that i was not based in Abuja and would prefer to write my test electronically where am based. They replied and said no that they would want the test to be done under their direct physical supervision. I replied them again that since they wouldnt allow online test, i would prefer to go to their branch office in the state i am and write the test in their branch office under the supervision of their staff, they still refused and said its a must i must come to Abuja for the test.
After that, I just replied them that i was declning the invitation and told them that this is 21st century and phisical test and interview in offices are no longer fashionable. I adviced their HR to be more flexible in their approach to tests and interviews.
They replied and accepted my rejection and both parties went their seperate ways.

I saved some funds in a cooperative registered with lagos state government and i have written the cooperative of my intention to witdraw my membership since last year but the cooperative executives have refused to refund my savings. I have written the president severally and he has refused to refund my savings. He and the treasurer are not even picking my calls again nor respond to my watshat messages.

Please, what options are left to explore to get my funds from the cooperative. Am tired of begging them for my funds. Thanks
