please i'm having issues with my windows 8; the dotNet framework 3.5 ish. i've tried the offline installation/enable to no avail, ie "dism.exe/online/enable/feature/feature-name:FX3/All/Sources:E:/source/sxs/LimitAccess" all I keep getting is "Error 87 the online/enable-feature/featurename option is unknown" please what next step should I take? I running the Consumer Preview Evaluation copy.

My 10 month old Compaq Presario CQ61 battery now charges up to about 78% and stops charging while still plugged.
