You have no point because people like you have no understanding of the bible. Verses, chapters do not interpret themselves independent of others. We read the bible in context and not maliciously picking 'faults'

I have never read the bible and felt discriminated or degraded as a woman, because i approach it with full respect for my creator and His laws. If He wanted orderliness, the man on top and the woman as a helper, so be it because God is perfect and knows whats best; just like the Fathers knows whats good for His children.

I certainly became an atheist when I realised that I'm the only one that can help myself in this world. Plus Christians everywhere aren't doing a good job tbh, especially in Africa. The pastors are either fake or using tithes from their poor congregation to buy private jets and live lavishly (once again, FAKE). Plus the bible is quite misleading and the stories they tell sound like a Walt Disney movie (Jonah and the whale, Samson and the Lion/Delilah). For real there are deeper things I can talk about but I'd rather just skim over the surface.

I have nothing against Christians and wouldn't want them to give up the only hope they have in life but they should leave Atheists out of it and just mind their business. Yea the Bible holds deeper meanings to those stories Christians believe actually happened. The last time visited Nigeria,I noticed there are more Churches than Schools and Hospitals. How sad.

I see lots of folks post snakes and rabbits they kill for meals on the front page. Some animals like dogs and cats should be left out lol. I can't imagine eating a cat.

Bench press, shoulder curls, lots of stretches and flexibilty routines(including splits and all). Problem is that sometimes work pressures could take me off circuit for a couple of weeks, then I'm back to my senses again. You look fit. My kindah stature, you'd only know what I'm packing when my shirts go off. Otherwise, I'm just some slim nigga. That's how I like it.

For my bench press I start from 60kg as warm up of 10 reps,then I proceed to 90kg and 110kg which is my limit. I try to do 12 reps of each set. After that Incline chest press of the same numbers and more intensity. Afterward I do Deep-Cline and some flyers. Then straight after 70 push ups with 20kg weigh on my back. That chest done for me.

I do it for fun. Over 2 years I have added 25kg on my weight. I now weigh 90kg. I do lots of cardio and abbs workout. This is presently my lifestyle. I feel good and eat clean.

Not the point. Asking me to post my pictures. I do 500 push ups in sets of 200 + 150+75+75. Or 150+100+100+100+50. On a very lazy day, I do 50 in ten places. I do it at a day's interval to rest my torso while I use the rest day to work on waist down or abs.

Do you do shoulder press, bench press, back workout and stuff? You need them to build good muscle
