jpworld: This are the type of drivers that will send u back to ur village.
They will most likely damage ur car and claim someone else hit them. How did a jeep hit your right headlamp and front bomber?
Was the jeep revising on the highway?
And someone driving a jeep will damage ur car and be begging u, without begging with at least 50% of the damaged fee?
The jeep is it range rover they use for towing vehicle?
This are most likely lies u might have concocted to tell the owner, since owner is in nairaland.
My broda repent, lies wont take u anywhere, half a decade more, u will be 50.

Long i reached here,
I wanted to read and pass .but when I saw the name of the accuser @Lanrex99 I had to comment. That mister is a confusionist, I remember him well from the Auto section back then. When he created a confusion like this.
Mr vision try and post the medic bills and do well to blur personal information. I am sure you have learnt you lesson about dropping personal information on public place like this. I would have advised against it as Mrs Radu advised..but for the little disciples that guys have garnered kindly do and as well. Deactivate this account for your personal safety.
If u can Pm me...I have something to give you.

Felicity0001: In addition, use this strategy, inform all your guarantors and make an appointments with them on when to go see the woman. Go along with your official car, you drive HP car while someone else drives your official call. Dont take your wife along even if she's one of your guarantors she could personalize and blow off, you know she's boiling inside already. Inform your guarantors of your decisions and make them understand to respect the agreement and everybody's decision come what may.
Lastly, dont approach her with the mindset of "begging", its business so approach it professionally BUT only make an appeal for her to shift grounds on some clause highlighting to her. Then counter sign to the new agreement.
Remember official vehicles are never yours, so try make your wife see reasons y you guys need to continue with the HP with a balance that wont affect you financially. I once had a job with two official vehicles but today its no more and I'd to sell of my car due to high cost of maintenance. So be wise in your decision making.
Also, suggest to the woman to reduce the weekly remittance to maybe 20k, see how your new job is for a month then you would know if you can still be doing weekends hustle with the car instead of giving it out to somebody for rental. Mind you, the car is on HP and if your new driver recks it accidentally you've the cost to pay.
May God give you wisdom my brother God bless you bro.. You are so on point... Thanks ...I have called my guarantor and their advice is closely to what you advised...Thanks |

gunzANDroses: Why give yourself that much headache? Simple and short, return the car and then explain to her the reason why.
As for the down payment, i don't know how much it was, but you can reach an agreement with her so she can refund part of the money to you.
Please, please and please do not give the car to anybody!
You have a wife with brains, please listen to her. Your savings can get you a good car and at your own convenience. Thanks boss.. Noted |

peeps4u: Return the car as Tojahh advised. I want to believe that during this HP period with the car, you were still able to make money for yourself, no matter how meagre it might be. It is not totally a loss for you.
Congrats on your new job. Noted boss..thanks |

Felicity0001: Hmm... First and foremost, congratulations for your new job, may this new job bring a total turn around for you and your family in Jesus name.
Secondly, you really dont need to use a different profile because trust me even an illiterate will know who you're reading your post, if it were for othere reasons it would have been well justified.
Moving forward bros, like you stated you started the HP October 2019 right, that should have been 4months down the line and you would be resuming duty with your new appointment soon.
Bros, go to the woman with your guarantors and explain to her then make see reasons why you want to sublet the car to somebody else and if she agrees then proceed to a lawyer for readjustment on the contract while the both parties signs including your guarantors as a witness to the new agreement. But if she disagrees my brother, kindly hand over her car to her right there and take a walk. na God dey bless person.
Bros as lomg as your wife disagrees paying from proceed of your monthly salary pls don't embark on that its not a good idea, unless you want to tell us u will be paying for a car your not driving but just parking in your compound for decoration. Your 2nd option is your best bet but if the woman disagrees to it bros abet move on.
May God give you wisdom and victory even in the end.
For those of us going into HP I always tell them read every clause closely or meet a lawyer to explain and articulate every sentence to you before you go ahead to sign. Dont enter an agreement you didnt take part in making except for signings. Any clause you dont find interesting or understand ask for readjustment or a total expulsion
Above all felicity is back, greetings to everyone in the house.
Blessings to your hustle this year 2020 Thanks boss..Good to have you back..all you said I have noted |

radautoworks: Negotiate that if you can find someone to take over she give you back half or maybe even all of your deposit when the other person pay their deposit. Fair to both of you. Noted ma..thanks I will try that...but I doubt if she will want to part with any money but I will try that option if am to return the car as advised |

Good morning my people.
I was out of job since last year march (I resigned due to harsh working condition and the place becoming toxic), so to keep body and soul together and my little family, I opted to drive for Uber/taxify, I did the registration and training but had no car forthcoming after several tries.
I posted here about wanting a car for hire purchase and I got one from someone on this thread by October (reason for me using a new profile, though I don't know the person's profile but since she picked my number from here, I guess she must be following this thread) but on the agreement that I make a down payment which I paid and I have never failed any of my remittance, so currently I have like 15 month to pay and be the owner of the car.
I stopped applying for job just to face the hustle as I had plans to start up my own little professional business, but there was this job I applied for before I got my last job, I had already meet with the CEO of the company but I didn't get a call back from them, so I just blanked it.
But I got a call from the CEO himself last week asking if am still available which I responded in the affirmative and to cut the long story I got a juicy offer and it came with an official car.
I am yet to explain anything to the madam that gave me the car on hirepurchase, I believe I must be honest with her because the contract is her own hustle as well, but I may not be able to meet up paying her weekly but I can still pay her monthly but that will be from my monthly salary (this is an option my wife frown at, her reason being that 10month of such money can get me that same car, why pay it for 15month)
The second option is to give out the car to someone else while the person remit to me and I remit to the woman (but the clause is that when I signed the contract, one of the term is I must not sub contract the car to another person, as the wan has right to get back the car if she discover such). To correct that I am thinking of meeting the woman and explain things to her ,so I can sub-contract the car, but you know Some Nigerians can be funny she may agree now just to come back later and trigger the aforementioned term.
My people I will welcome any advice...thanks and God bless |
