Something struck me this morning. Scientists are looking out of space in search for extraterritorial beings (ie aliens) so as to prevent if any a surprise visit.

the new covenant with the church, water baptism is much important. the apostles were baptised by Jesus when he washed their feet, and all others after them including Paul. Many of u guys are getting it wrong, see it this way. A saint is someone living or dead that is believe to have lived or living a Christ like life. Just open ur mind a little. There is a portion in the bible that says "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. We Catholics believe in the communion of saints, as such we can ask for any of the saints to pray for us. Just as u can ask ur pastor, wife, brother to pray for you. I don't see anything wrong with it.
Again ask ursef while do people go to pastor T. B Joshua and other miracle pastors to pray for them, while dey can as well do it at home? Is Jesus not there? Y do people go to camp for special blessings? Y do people give their pastors prayer petitions?

I see how how people worship their pastors and pastors wife this days, we see it everywhere . If we can do that to our pastor wife, even calling her mummy even though u are older than her. What is wrong asking Mary mother of Jesus to pray for u.

the scriptures meant commune of the living saints and not those who have died. so for that reason Mary can't pray for you.

This has been bordering me since I was in secondary school. I am now in Higher Institution. Yet I still can't figure this out. Why will a higher institution student for that matter who has been Studying English Language for the past 10years at least can't speak English but will prefer Pidgin?

My friends speaks pidgin, when I try to correct them, they will give lame excuse that not that they can't speak English but they prefer pidgin. Pidgin is for those who didn't go to school at all but need to communicate with those who understand English. Higher institution students, why do you prefer pidgin to English?

Do you know South Africans are now using their mother tongue to learn in their country. You are not learning English language to shoe how educated you are. It doesn't tell us how smart you are. Neither is it a way to show how wise or intelligent you are. We learn it for a global communication. As I am now , my spoken English is fantastic but that won't stop me from speaking Igbo with my fellow student or even with pigin if I so refer.
