Go to the police station (a very good one. State headquarters or zonal headquarters if need be).

File a report for threat to life, with evidence of his mails, SMS, name, etc.

That's official.

Now, second, because ur life is precious. If you're the cool down nigga (forget this).

If not, put word out on the street. If he comes near your house once, boys go play am real nice.

Don't give a$$holes like him a second warning.

That's how you show your strength.

How fair is it that some are holding up others?

Stopping work is unfair to those that have paid.

There must be another course of action to compel all to pay. The hard way may well be the only way!
What do you suggest?

God, open doors please!!

Uzuz, typing in Caps ( screaming) won't change the FACT that YOU posted cars for sale on Nld and put FortuneVals number as YOUR contact for the car sales.

Wether FortuneVal sold your car, bought your car, took your money, kept your money or whatever else, is FRANKLY your beeswax actually.

Unfortunately, FortuneVal is not around here now to collaborate your story but your posts, puts you in an e-accomplice position .

OP, any update? Abeg no be sob story/ pity party we want hear. Go after Emeka and get your money!!!!

Gbese chargeback. cheesy

I always call my banks to compare quotes before making online payments. Last week, the best rate I got for GBP-NGN transaction was 385 for gtb. I didnt do that transaction. This morning the best rate I have gotten thus far is 417,same GTB.

Keeping fingers crossed and monitoring this change.

Pele OP. Nothing you can do but to pay back but now in bits and at your own pace.

Same here too. I cannot give FortuneVal one shilling to hold for me after going through his profile.

Why do you people not voice out, speak out before going into secret transactions? Why? Dis thing don pain me gan.

FortuneVal,please don't let the Devil use you. Call the Op and deliver his car or refund his money.

.....i have shares,2bikes for commercial purposes and also a shareholder to our family biz...Wat do you think
How does your bike riders remit you? Cash or paid into an account? Weekly, monthly or hire purchase arrangement?

There's a space for other source of income, you can include that if :
You have receipts of purchase of said bike
Have an account statement that shows remittance and frequency by the riders.

Also a short note explaining the bike arrangement at the space for "any other information you'd want to include" in your application is good too.

For the shares, you'd also list that as other source of income and input the amount of dividend it returns each month. Also include original copies of all share certificates and copies

The madame, I won't blame the OP but they way some of us open up ourselves to scam na wao.

How can one want to do a transaction of over 1M and can't spare 40K for a return ticket from Enugu to Lagos on a Sunday or Saturday, physically inspect the car, pay and drive his car away? Worse still, he has friends in lagos angry

You guys should stop encouraging scammers by throwing money carelessly to them!!!

Death punishment is too harsh for a thief that stole just a plasma that will cost not more than 100k.
You might think so until you meet those thieves that are ready to kill not one or two but wipe out a whole family just to steal their black and white TV, DVD, 10,000 ngn cash and some china phones.

Motherfucker2:
This is why you should remain in Nigeria forever.
If a someone breaks into your house in Texas USA and steals your $100 million naira, 70 Ferrari and $900 billion worth of gold, what would you do if you catch him ?? Set him ablaze ??
Under the Texas law, you will be getting the death penalty.
You can only kill people in Nigeria and no one will question you because Nigeria is a third world country
Please remain in your Texas!

You guys that are out of touch with the realities in Nigeria just come on Nld to yarn dust.

One thing is sure : my son is not going back to that school. I will NEVER get over the incident and would live in perpetual fear of re-occurrence.

No second chance with my boys, sorry. I'll make the school give me a FULL refund and shop for another school.

My opinion, not up for debates or validation please.
