mzfelivisions: Uv gotten my post wrong dear. That's not my focus, if it was I wld hv been married long ago.I consult for them and deal with them daily so I know those inside n out. Not looking to b possessed or owned, just loved. Thnx for ur insight

mzfelivisions: Actually I am chatting from my BB. Is that against the rules? When I sit down to my laptop its to work and write not browse and I don't use my tablets and bigger gadgets for social things. What exactly is a BB fevered Sissy by the way? If its abuse, please I dnt think I deserve it as I said if I'm not welcome say so and I will gracefully bow out.
Not an abuse in any way.The sms-typing style is used mostly by undergraduates found in chat rooms and social sites.
You are very welcome here.

mzfelivisions: That is what ALL wives should do, girlfriends and mistresses too. Your point is noted though. Very funny and sad at the same time. If that's what you have chosen to believe . Also if a woman is a freak in d bedroom its between her, her man n God. He alone should kno thts y its clld a private life.
The thread is about you trying to hook up with/understand made, older Naija man not me.

Good luck on your quest sha.Update us as you go smiley
Family › Re: Pls Suggest A Book For Her To Read by ifyalways(f): 9:27am On Mar 04, 2013
I don't subscribe to the books and reading stuff. That would take her further down the depression lane. She does not need to bury her head in any book. She needs to go out, meet, mix and talk with people.
You cannot run away from life when it hits you.You win by standing firm and fighting back.

Let her first see her Gyn,see a counselor and then move out.Visit family and friends etc. She does not need solitude at this time and that is exactly what books would offer her.

Is it just me?The OP writing style does come across like a BB-fevered sissy undecided

mzfelivisions: Well I'm an old woman too. Well over 40. Iv so much to bring, most my passion an vision. My dedication n loyalty, my business acumen and discipline. Sori I will not lie n say I'm gonna pound his yam naked behind the kitchen as he watches. I'm not going to wash his clothes. But I will run my home efficiently and he will see growth in his vineyards if he's open to new ideas. If not I will continue with my work, be a gud wife, loyal n faithful n raise my family.
This is what first wife's do.I'm sorry but you aint bringing in anything new or fresh by Nigerian standards. If you really aim at being a second or third wife to an older, made Nigerian man,you have to be fly in your looks and a freak in the bedroom.

Passion, business acumen yada yada can only impress an average, struggling man not one who has a rock solid business empire. You need to get a Unilag girl for tuition.

I don't see a Dangote/Bode George/Orji Kalu marrying or looking for a second wife that is over 40 and coming in to teach them how to run/improve their business undecided
Family › Re: Your Husband Leased To Your Elder Sister by ifyalways(f): 9:08am On Mar 04, 2013
If you all(you, wife, other lady) believe in Polygamy or are Muslims and there is mutual consent from all parties then maybe you should make it legal;marry her.

To answer your question, NO ,I won't subscribe to such an arrangement.
Btw,Why is the lady not living her life(dating, married) since her husband's death? Are there kids involved?

Unless you are mixing with the wrong crowd, you should have no problem getting an old politician that fits in.

If only the govt. were this firm with the new tenate-landlord law that forbids collecting of more than 1 year advance by landlords. Some of this slum dwellers cannot afford 2 years rent and the ridiculous agent fees.

On the other hand,we are waiting to see what would be made of the slums. undecided

Culture › Re: Strange Wedding Culture Where You Kidnap And Marry by ifyalways(f): 11:51am On Mar 02, 2013
Britzdon: Latwoka , a tribe in Sudan has a very weird marriage tradition. If a guy wants to marry a girl,he kidnaps her. After the kidnapping, elderly people of his family goes to the girl’s father and ask for her hand.

If girl’s father agrees he beats the guy as a symbol of acceptance and if he doesn’t agree, the kidnapper marries the girl forcefully.
Now all the girls should thank God, they are not born in Latwoka.

So what do you think about this weird culture? Abolish or keep it?
Weird as it sounds I'm just indifferent.
If its good for the girls, why should i complain?

Culture › Re: My Edo Husband From Benin City Does Not Consider My Feelings. by ifyalways(f): 11:46am On Mar 02, 2013
OP,what stops you from sitting your husband down and opening up to him just like you did here?
You are so far, guilty of what you accuse your husband. He doesn't talk, you talk to strangers.
Communication lines are broken,go home woman and talk with your man.
