Wow! Time flies. Modified. |
How can you wish the baby death? That's very mean!horrible!!! No matter what, the baby is innocent and didn't ask either of yous to be irresponsible. If you feel she's not your child and so won't pay for her upkeep, tell your woman so and then do it, don't wish the child death, nothing justifies that. Jeez. I'm so out of here. Hope you don't attempt killing the child and . . . If you do, may you never succeed and still get caught. If you both don't want the child, go dump her @ a motherless home gate or give her up for adoption, legally. |
I think they deserved it. Well won, Imo. They killed the "going crazy" song. I was totally in love with that performance . Hope there was consolation prizes?the other families deserve some form of compensation. |
Debrief, have their really been a code of silence when it comes to educated, enlightened women married to stars(by nigerian standards)? NGOs, the press, police and everyone is willing to listen and help them Cos either them or their husbands have got a name. . . The code of silence is still on and would continue to remain so unless their is a general overhaul of our system, mentality. For an average iya buliki, mama Ngozi facing domestic violence, neighbours might be sympathetic but still advise her to stay because they know that : Without money or name(fame), the police won't listen to her story much more do something. If she leaves, on their advice, would they feed her? If the hubby attacks them the neighbour, the police won't protect you. Basically, its all man for him or her self. The rules only change when there is cash or connection involved. The lagos office of the public defender is trying though but right now, the Nigerian factor of "who-do-you-know" is gradually crawling in. I admire the women that were able to put down their feet and say NO to all forms of violence. Bravo! |
Hmmn. I really feel for the new bride. How and where did the DPO and other officers "appear" to the scene ? How would the IG claim its not his men when its reported that his men.took him to hospital ? Nobody could get their names or picture ? |
Klint is not that bad na. Lovely couple, happy for them. |
When this boy grows up and chop a quarter of money that JayZ has chopped, he would be way more handsome than Jay. |
Tims, natforce used to be a sort of task force outfit @ the ports but they've since been banned by the Federal government. That means, as I type this, Natforce is an unknown, unrecognised, illegal body. Some said natforce is contesting the ban in court(I don't know), they said they expected judgement last tuesday. Tuesday came and they claimed the case has been adjourned. I don't know for others but I think every serious job seeker would rather be looking for a FG recognised and legal institution to work with as opposed to buying forms, training for a body that is still fighting FG/customs in court. My 2pence. https://www.nairaland.com/1037800/natforce-calling |
What would they market? It'll help prospective applicants. |
^ ^lmao! I'm not at all surprised. Thank you for the update. @derus, I know about the FG surep, I only wanted to be sure we are talking about same sureP. @all so there goes our global impact. Using a church for interviews They couldn't even rent a hall? Oh lawdy. |
Abeg go fry sand chop. You prefer people be "taught a lesson" ![]() So, you got employed a few weeks/months ago and right now you are the chief recruiting office/human resource manager for your company? Hehe Happy sunday! |
@OP, what do you mean by ". . . Though I plan to stop it doday" ? Hope you are not thinking of doing anything stoopid? No matter how bad you think your situation is, there's always someone out there who you are better than and there's hope for a better tomorrow. Please, get closer to God. Have you been to the hospital in recent times?you need to check yourself for STDs. |
Ezeagu, zero is efu. |
. . . And what's "uma" ? Half? I think 250 is ofu Akpa ego na uma/okala. But then there's "uma ato, uma ise etc" Is uma half? |

You write quite well, for a high achool drop out @ OP. What sex is the new baby? What does the girl(your baby mommas) do? Are you working now? First, you'll have to try and love the new baby, s/he didn't ask to be born and its not his or her fault if one or both of her parents decides to be silly. Sit down calmly and think through the seex life and history btw you and your wife. You could be the father of the child? Is there any problem now?what are your plans for the future? This story is one of a kind sha. |
Azonto with "happy ending" ka owu nani azonto? Ka m nagodu Nwa Darfur permission first. |
@OP, until your SIL decides she's had enough, I'm afraid there's nothing you or anyone can do for her. Why have you not taken any action for your own battering?regardless of where your parents stay, you should tell them about your brothers attitude to you. If nothing comes out of it, leave and go stay with your parents. Throw him in jail only works in Naija when one have connections or cash. |
This is something else, OP continue. @MBJ,with that type of intense mouth odor, I think its possible for the OP or anyone to really stop secondary school in Naija. There's no way teachers would accept a student that wouldn't talk in class, students would mock him mercilessly. Add that to the OP's poor background. No self esteem to boot. Its possible. How did a baby get into the picture @ OP ? |
Aww!soon she'll be wearing your pumps and experimenting with your Mary Kay. Lol Kisses to her! |
An adult smoking weed? No biggies, personal decision. A dad smoking weed in the presence of under aged kids? That's horrible parenting! |
200,000 NGN or 20,000 NGN ? Traditional or church wedding? Invite only close friends and family. Don't buy unnecessary stuff, hire. Eg wedding gown, bouquet. Make the ceremony very brief. 10am to 12pm for church, 12 to 3pm for reception. If the church has a hall, use it for the reception, its cheaper. No rice and bla bla. Snacks, mineral water and soft drinks. A couple of wine for the VIP table. Don't waste money on paper iv's, e-mails is better and cheaper. |
Ok, that question answered though I don't quite get it. Next one, 3 pages already, surely someone here should have something to say, yes? Who has tried it, people that left emails in pages 1 to 2, how did it go? |
I agree that there's a difference between talking back (rude) and talking with freely (conversation) between parent-child but I believe that there still is a relationship btw the 2. if not properly handled, a conversation btw dad and son can lead to the son talking back at the dad someday, yes?. There should be a line, a point whereby the child knows that no matter what s/he can't cross. There should be parent child relationship but by all means, please let the child know that the parents still makes the decision.the fact that your opinions are sought or considered in matters does not make you equals with your parents. The bottomline like I said earlier is finding a balance. Both systems of parenting have lots of pros and cons. Lastly, this might sound ridiculous but I believe every child should have a degree of "fear" for the parents. Fear does not mean respect, I know that already. |
Hehe. I love the mods. More grease to una elbows. Delete all their email addresses. |
