Tell Frank yourself immediately - what is the big deal?

He's made another woman pregnant, and you guys aren't really together (though the guy obviously still wants to sleep with you).

You might be getting played since Frank decided to be absent at the exact moment CM made his move, but that is not important right now.

Tell Frank and stop being a coward, unless you think you're doing something wrong, in which case you should break it off and end the relationship with CM.

This is why I don't do 'stay friends' or 'breaks'. You need to end one relationship clearly before getting into another - it is when you fail to do so that you get involved in these types of situations.

If you had made a complete break from Frank, there would be no reason to be 'hiding' or 'waiting for the right time' to tell him.
LadyT:
just tell frank hes worthless anyway any man who doesnt want to care for his child is wack. you dont owe him jack. and is this a serious relationship or just sex?  huh

Deutsche Bank do not give us a credit because we do not earn enough money. I am still a student and he is working but may be you know how it is in germany without qualifikations it is so difficult to get a well paid job. (I think it is everywhere the same wink ).

I heard it from the embassy that many people are having that problem at the moment. I still do not understand why they change the system. huh
My boyfriend has got a Mastercard but the embassy told him only VISA is possible.

We also plan to travel to Nigeria together may be in the next 2 years but when the system is like this how should I get a VISA? Or the children? The only have the German pass, so I think they woul need a VISA too.

His parents are telling him everytime that they want to see the children too. He can not bring them here and we can not got there. All the the laws are to difficult.
You wud get helpful replies If you move the thread to the travel section.
Be careful too.Wish u luck.

Islam › Re: Christian And Muslim Are Not Enemies. by ifyalways(f): 9:32am On Mar 29, 2011
Some just sent me this, good read. cool

In the name of Allah, The First, The Last,
First of all I would like to thank you for ur consistency in pursing the truth which most of us shy away from and I implore Allah almighty to help me speak honestly to you
Now as for your Question which shows your sincere Love for Allah, And your God fearing heart, this is my take
Muslims in general are advised to eat good and pure things and not to indulge in impure, bad and harmful things thus following their open enemy Shaitan:
[002:168 Noble Quran Dr. Munir Munshey] "Oh mankind! Eat the lawful and wholesome (food) that exists on the earth. Do not follow in the footsteps of Shaitan. Indeed, he is the professed enemy of yours!"
In the verses previously mentioned the general principle with regard to permissible foods has been stated. The Noble Quran further goes on to specify the types of food prohibited in the following verse:

[002:173 Noble Quran Dr.Munir Munshey] "What He has forbidden you (to eat) are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and anything (slaughtered and) offered in any other name except that of Allah. But there is no sin if one is compelled by dire circumstances (to eat the forbidden food), provided it is not out of habit or rebellion. Indeed, Allah is the most forgiving and the most Merciful."
[016:115 Noble Quran Yusuf Ali] "He has only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and any (food) over which the name of other than God has been invoked. But if one is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- then God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

Islam, being a complete religion, also teaches and advises the believer as to what the best method of eating is. The believers are advised to be moderate in every aspect of life. Direct reference has been made in the Noble Quran regarding moderation in eating and drinking.

Yusuf Ali:
[007:031 Noble Quran Yusuf Ali] O Children of Adam! Wear your beautiful apparel at every time and place of prayer: eat and drink: But waste not by excess, for God loveth not the wasters.

Can Muslim eat with non Muslims?

[060:008 Noble Quran Sher Ali] ALLAH forbids you not respecting those who have not fought against you on account of your religion, and who have not driven you out from your homes, that you be kind to them and deal equitably with them; surely, ALLAH loves those who are equitable.

Muslims, as far as Islam is concerned, are allowed to eat the food prepared by any human being as long as it is clean, healthy and prepared with halal (lawful) ingredients. Muslims are allowed to eat lawful foods prepared by anyone, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims, this includes Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Jews, etc This is a matter of common knowledge in Islam.

It is worthy mentioning here that Islam teaches us that we should be friendly to all people. Islam teaches us that we should deal even with our enemies with justice and fairness. Allah Almighty says:

"O ye who believe! Be steadfast witnesses for Allah in equity, and let not hatred of any people seduce you that ye deal not justly.
Deal justly, that is nearer to your duty. Observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is informed of what ye do." (Al-Ma’dah 5:cool

@OP,I think u meant land libation. . .An elder or juju priest armed with a drink, pours libations on a newly acquired landed property invoking the gods of the land to bless and make the land fertile.
I personally think its meaningless, just another ritual or so-called tradition forced or imposed on the ignorant;my opinion!

Yes, Ifyalways, as much as possible I own up when I am wrong. She is possesive in the sense that I find her just interested in material things and does not cherish her marriage. For instance, if I go hunger strike bc of her attitude, she doesn't even care. She later eats up the food which I abandon

We have been married for two and half years now and I have discovered that the lifespan of our frienship at home is allways very short say 2 or 3 days after which we will have issues for another week or two. she finds it difficult to appologise and submit as a wife. I have complained tirelessly to her people all to no avail. More often that not she gives me psychological problem.  sometimes I make mistakes when I drive , lose concentratn at work etc. I find her very possesive and when I cast my mind to when we were courting she has changed completely. People advise me not to share my marrital problem but I tell u it can lead to hypertention or even early death.
Advise needed please
@Bolded,Do u also apologize when u are wrong?
What do u mean by submit?
You said she is possessive, how so?

Culture › Re: Strangest African Cultures You Have Ever Heard Of, Or Experienced by ifyalways(f): 4:40pm On Mar 28, 2011
nanidee:
Hallo Nairalanders,

Once in a while, we get to listen to different aspects of various cultures. Some are so shocking and bizzare,  like OMG  shocked shocked, and some are so funny to listen to.

Lets share our rich cultures. Something you have heard or experienced that just left you saying OMG,

I'll go first.

Somewhere in my mum's village, when the girls reach the age of puberty, and particularly when they see their first period, they are made to dance round the village square unclothed, and by this i mean nothing being worn on top, and then, just a little cloth to cover the private area down there. It is at that point that the men of the village are at liberty to "touch" and "press" any of the bosoms they like,  and of course put in some money in the girl's plates.

Lets share other fun cultures.
In the days of old, that was a beautiful culture that served well the purpose for which it was made.It was an avenue created for marriageable youths(male and female) under the watchful eyes of the elders to meet and choose their future life partners. No one misbehaves or goes on b00by pressing galore.
Times have changed so have the culture.
The place where something like this is practiced in Igboland ie Mgbidi, the girls don't dance around unclothed.
