Na waooo, na wicked Pyton be this one. what are they waitning for ? they never cut the thing open and rescue the child ? Naija,  everything na movie to watch.
Pythons are like boa constrictors- they suffocate the prey before they even start to swallow.
Killing the python won't bring back the child alive, even if it was a second after it got swallowed.
Just wondering, everyone is saying its a shame that a beautiful girl died but would everyone have this reaction had she been ugly? The reason I ask this is because every time I hear of a young woman that dies, one of the first thing I hear people say is that its a shame that such a pretty/beautiful girl died. Now had the deceased been ugly would you all still share the same sentiments? Just wondering undecided
Not necessarily so.
I think to a great extent comes from our culture of not speaking ill of the dead.

nurabela:
What do you do when your parents love you other sibling(s) more than you and it is very obvious? It may seem like I am exaggerating but it is very obvious in some families.
Is this abt you and how OLD are you?
What is there to be envious of?xmass dress, cakes and chocolates, mama's bosom, special attention etc?

I don't expect any grown up to ask such question sha,any adult that feels unloved owes himself the duty of seeking for love outside. . . he or she wud be pleasantly surprised to realize that nothing beats familial bonds/love,no matter how unloved u may think you are, aside your self, the next realest love you wud get is from your family.BTW,love comes from inside . . .If you don't love yourself, there is no way you wud believe anyone else does.

If its a child anyway . . .he or she wud understand when s/he becomes an adult.
Parents can help curtail sibling rivalry by ;
Not getting involved when there is a fight, come in only If there is danger of physical harm,
As much as possible, let the kids settle their disputes themselves.
Be and stay proactive.
Try as much as possible to give the children space and time to play alone or do whatever alone. The aim is to imbibe in them the ability to be and feel whole and happy even with no one around you.
If they frequently fight over the same things (eg video games ,TV remote), post a schedule showing which child owns that item at what times during the week but if they keep fighting about it, take the prize away altogether.
Family › Re: She Left Me After My Effort With My Kid by ifyalways(f): 12:56pm On Mar 22, 2011
@OP,You know deep down that you slacked in your duties as a man, husband and father. It could be ignorance,over-trust or whatever but truth is that you did NOT do your homework well, you had noble intentions for your wife and family but the execution process was poor.
If honestly you could afford to pay her fees, send her stuffs you surely can afford to visit . . .atleast a week's visit.

Who knows, the woman felt you have got urself another wife,it could appear to her that you are not interested/sure that the child is urs  undecided I don't know any woman that won't stop to think twice if her husband for any reason(except hes incarcerated in prison) have not as much as set his eyes on his 2 year old child.

BTW,all through those years have your wife ever suggested you come for a visit or vice versa?2 years is a lonnnng period for a woman to be left alone with a child especially for a young marriage . . . .The woman must have got a willing shoulder(male lover or female friends) to share and unburden the emotional and physical stress of handling a baby and studies.

I blame the woman for NOT speaking out earlier, not trying to make things work by either coercing the hubby to come for atleast a weeks visit or coming down herself  . . .if its possible.

Done is done. She has decided to move on,sad as it may be OP has to find a way to move on too. They have a child together so a peaceful separation/divorce wud be the best.IMO,this is not the right time to fight over who keeps the child, they shld concentrate on saying their goodbyes with no love lost btwn them first, every other thing wud fall in place if there is mutual respect.

God has been protecting His people in diverse ways. those who follow the crises in Jos with open eyes see it clearly. on the same day, high-capacity bombs were discovered and removed by the police anti bomb squad, from church premises within the same area. it may interrest you to know that just few days ago a tuck loaded with thousands (x,000s) of bombs was discovered and siezed by the police in Jos. who was the driver? who was the owner of the truck ? who was the owner of the goods? where did it come from? where was its destination? the answer from police is police siezed the truck.

Three persons were killed on Sunday, when a device assumed to be explosives, exploded at Dualla junction, Nassarawa Gwong in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.

Eye witness report said two men riding on a motor cycle were suspected to be carrying the explosive which detonated in their custody, killing both of them instantly.

The third person was riding alone and turned to escape from the scene of the explosion when angry residents pulled him down, before killing him and setting his body ablaze. The mob also burnt the two who died from the explosion.

The incident, which occurred at about 9:45am, took place near the premises of ECWA Church, Nassarawa Gwong, some 300 meters from Angwa Rukuba junction. The junction was scene of the multiple explosions that rocked the city on December 24, last year.

Pastor in charge of the ECWA parish, Satti Adamu said he was in the church when he heard the sound of an explosion.

“When I came out, I was told that some Hausa boys wanted to throw a bomb and it exploded and killed them,” he said. “We had just finished the English service and were about to start the Hausa service when it happened. The confusion and reaction it generated disrupted the Hausa service. So, we did not hold it today.”

Statement from Police

Plateau state police command confirmed the tragedy. In a bulletin released Sunday afternoon and signed by the police spokesperson, Apev Jacob, the command said: “At about 09:45hrs, two men believed to be carrying explosive devices on them rode on a motorcycle along Nassarawa Gwong, and on getting to Dualla Junction, the explosives exploded on them along the road between ECWA and COCIN churches. The two persons lost their lives in the incident. No church was bombed and there are no facts yet to suggest that churches were the target.”

Lucky escape

However, security was immediately beefed up around the Mountain of Fire and Miracles church, near VIO’s office, after men of the anti bomb squad uncovered a high-capacity bomb which was planted a few meters from the church building. A bomb expert at the state police, who spoke on condition of anonymity, confirmed the discovery.

“If the bomb had gone off, its impact could have raged as far as 500 square meters,” he said.

The state police commissioner, Abdulkareem Akanno later went into an emergency talk with the men of the anti bomb squad. But the result of the meeting was not available to the press.
@bolded . . bomb experts from where?lol

Hi, am new here and i need your advice.
I was molested wen i was 6 by aunts husband 2geda wit my my younger sis. We were treatend not 2 talk 2 our parents abt it. But told our parents afta sometime. My family been very strict we were very secretive 4rm very tender age. Since den we bcam lesbian but no one knws abt it.
Now we are in diff universities. Though av a bf bt dosnt knw am a les. And av able 2 do without d les thing 4 more dan a year nw. Dnt wanna b a les anymore, working 2ward it if i can. But seriously am worried abt my sis cos i dnw want her 2 continue with it and we no longer talk abt our les life anymore.
Pls i'll truly appreciate your advice tanx.
I think you were Never a lesbian . . .keyword THINK. Bisexual . .Yes,though I wud refer to u as a circumstantial bisexual.
You and you sister cos of the messed up life u were introduced to at that tender age simply found solace in each others arms,u guys developed a sort of weird sexual tension and emotions from the secret u guys share.
If I may ask,for the 1 year that u had no sexual relations with your sister or any other woman, were you sexually active with a man?
I also don't think you have to worry about your sister, shes an adult, old enough to make her own decisions. No one forced/coerced or advised you into changing your sexuality, what makes u think you can influence or change your sister  undecided

The most you can do is to reject her advances IF she ever makes one .
Stuffs happen, people get messed up daily,it hurts and leaves a mark on the abused physiologically and emotionally but its best for the individual to decide to forget the past and move on.Perhaps, If your family had handled things differently,u and your sister wud not have this multiple sexuality disorder  undecided

Can we all hold on with the bible flipping . . . . undecided

The posters description of his wife's puccie is hilarious. This is an open and closed case,u chose to forgive therefore u must trust and forget absolutely. . .else your forgiveness is fake.Btwn, have u guys gone for STD tests?I dont envy this couple at all,try as much as they can, things wud never be the same again.Moreso, the guy the woman cheated with, how often do they come in contact,is he a colleague?Proximity and sex appeal don't promote abstinence when combined not forgetting OKafor's 1st law of "Ikpu" . . .Once a CD is Played, there is 100% chance that it wud be rewound, fast forwarded or paused-and-replayed.
