ablejesus26: Hehehe, you and dis your Igbo hate and rants ehnn well if it is what makes you happy then don't ever stop it. Under APC we didn't just see a Secessionist movement from the SE,We saw a massive Oduduwa movement from the SW and some Ijaw segments, which is why they will be kicked out, they are the biggest calamity and Threat to the collective Survival of this Country Tinubu didn't do nothing to contain the one in is Region but Obi while he was Governor handled the issue with iron fist. I dare you to mention names of prominent Igbos who supported Ipob,or is this just your usual Igbo hate and jab Sending back this evil APC calamity to the hell they crawled out from is a task that must be done for our collective Survival purpose. February is around the corner, the people tell us all about how much they love Nigeria calls it zoo.

Flows001: Why do you communicate in English with me? Were you born an English man? Does it mean English has dominated your tribe? FYI, every Northern state is independent of the others, the Emir of Kano or the Sultan of Sokoto has no power over people in other Northern states. I and my siblings grew up in Lagos, Eti Osa LGA precisely, my elder sister understands and speaks fluent Yoruba till this day, does that make her a Yoruba lady or does it mean Yoruba has dominated her? Non-indigenes that reside in Nasarawa state wont be saying all these things you're saying now because they see more of the Eggon culture, Eggon people and events, likewise other tribes in the state. There are around 12 native speaking tribes in Nasarawa state, no single one is Hausa and none of such tribes has any relationship with Hausa. We are even more closer to the East than to other core Northern states because immediately after Nasarawa state is Benue state and after Benue State, the next state is Enugu state. The reason why we fall under the "Northern" region is due to the geographical design of Nigeria. Otherwise, I see no reason why states like Nasarawa, Kogi, Benue, Plateau etc should be tagged North, I believe that's why we have our unique tag which is: "The Middle Belt". If you insist that Hausa has dominated the Northern states, don't forget that even Benue and Kogi states are Northern states, a Tiv man and an Idoma man from Benue state, likewise an Igala man and an Ebirra man from Kogi state will disagree vehemently with you just like I'm doing now, if you try to associate them with the Hausas. Attached are pictures of the Eggon and the Hausa culture, kindly tell me the influence that the Hausa culture has over us... Anyway you are right… But you understand the meaning of what I am saying. |

Since 1999 till date, Yoruba have produced 2 term President, 3 to 4 speaker of House rep., 2 term vice president, with so many key political appointments. Where is the equity and fairness within the southern Nigeria? When others were playing politics, Igbos were too busy with Kanu and Biafra. You now presented a weakling called Obi for presidency, the one that prostrate for Atiku whenever he sees him. Mumu people. You live in two countries, Biafla at Night, Nigeria in the day, confusionist per excellency, sit@home urchins who called Nigeria zoo for many years and want Buhari to be Jubril of Sudan...na animals go give una justice be dat.... everything go clear for una eyes after February, shebi una sabi insult and foolish join.

Flows001: First thing, I reside in the heart of Abuja and not in Nasarawa state, I and my family members communicate in my tribe and English whenever we are together, NOT in HAUSA! I only speak Hausa when I happen to meet any Hausa person here in Abuja that barely understands English, or when I visit Nasarawa state and must communicate with someone who is illiterate in English language. Hausa is NOT an indigenous tribe in Nasarawa state, and we have no historical connection with the tribe (feel free to do your research). It's ONLY an alternative mode of communication among residents where English language becomes difficult for either party. I have alot of Yoruba and Southern friends that reside in Nasarawa state and speak and understand fluent Hausa language, so from your logic, they are Hausas too and have historical connection with the Hausas, right? Oh ok, I see the efforts you are making to deny the Hausa influence and dominance that has taken over many of the minority tribes in the North. It doesn’t mean those tribes do not exist, but by default, that common language can really cause identity crisis. It’s ok you promote your tribe, but the main reason why you and others, even your Yoruba friends choose to speak Hausa instead of Eggon is what you fail to explain. Beyond literate people not understanding English but Hausa and this as Language of choice for illiterate of other tribes to learn and use as means of communication. |

Flows001: This definitely isn't an argument sir! I speak fluent English, even better than both my tribe and Hausa language, perhaps people should call me a British guy or an English guy too, right?
I think the best address should be: "Northerner" which rightly indicates my region, instead of "Hausa" which doesn't specifically relate to me. #Peace Youve won sir. Just ponder on why you and your siblings must speak Hausa to survive. |

Flows001: Same reason why we speak ENGLISH language in Nigeria, that simple reason is: COMMUNICATION. My tribe has no link nor connection with the Hausas. I'm an EGGON boy from Nasarawa State. If you don't mind, kindly go to Google and type "Eggon tribe", you'll get to know more about us, also check the images Google will provide about us, you will notice a completelydifferent culture from that of the Hausa/Fulani you know of. We are far from the Hausa culture, likewise other non-Hausa tribes in Nasarawa, Kaduna, Gombe, Borno, Taraba, Niger, Plateau, Yobe, in fact, you will see many non-Hausa/Fulani tribes in all the Northern states! Like I stated before, these non-Hausa/Fulani tribes majorly make up the Northern Christians, only the Core Hausas/Fulani are predominantly Muslims, that's why you tend to hear of religious crisis in the North, especially in Plateau and Kaduna. Northern Nigeria can actually make up a country of its own because of the diverse ethnic groups, cultures and traditions that are practiced. Many Southerners don't know about this except the Southerners that reside in the North. Ok sir… You won. But there is good reason you all speak Hausa as a lingual Franca… If you are identified as Hausa by the language you speak by those that didn’t know you were Eggon would they be wrong?…even though you started the Identity confusion by projecting Hausa ahead of you own language. Anyway you won |

Flows001: Yes I speak and understand Hausa language, but not as much as I understand my own tribe. Hausa is the second most spoken language in the North. That's the only way one could efficiently communicate with other tribes in the North, especially those persons that are illiterate in English language. We all speak and understand English language in Nigeria, but that doesn't make us British or English people. Same way me speaking and understanding Hausa does not make me Hausa Don't you think there is a very strong reason why you and your sibblings speaks Hausa? Should I tell you? You may not like it though! |

Flows001: How do you think an Esan man from Edo state will feel if you call him "Igbo"? I guess an Ikwerre man from Rivers State wouldn't feel good if he is referred to as "Igbo" because he is from the South. The meaning of "Igbo Amaka" means Igbo is Beautiful. Saying "Hausa Amaka" on a matter that isn't connected to a Hausa lady is not fair. All of us in the North tend to be called HAUSAS by many Southerners and that's really bad. We have our own tribes that we are proud of, calling us Hausas to us is annoying and insulting at the same time. The same way there are many other tribes in the South asides Igbo and Yoruba is the same way there are many other tribes in the North asides Hausa and Fulani. I understand your drift...now a simple question. Do you speak Hausa? |

tk4radi: They also experimented. If you knew what CPC and ANPP had been doing over the years, you would know that it took them long. And you cannot disregarded the experiments of ACN too.
That they did another streak of experiment by forming an alliance in 2014 against 2015 which was successful for them, it doesn't mean that would be the only possible way to go.
Labour Party is doing a totally new experiment here. So, don't come and bring in the APC methods here.
FEBRUARY IS ALREADY CLOSE... Yes February is very close...your confidence reeks of empty arrogance of doing so little in profiting from poor preparation. In your first statement, ANPP and CPC have been working hard before their alliance with ACN. Infact they all have presented presidential candidates with millions of voters on their previous efforts before the merger. Faction of APGA and NewPDP also joined them with the strength of the aggrieved governors. That's the weight of the merger. LP party has never garner any tangible votes in a general election before, infact they don't have any elected person, I may be wrong ooo, ...na this party una dey do experiment with to win the presidency. Una no serious, abi I go talk say una no get sense at all, no vex oooo na the right word. Have you seen any person that won elections under the LP in recent years? Then the least voting block in Nigeria, the Igbos are promoting this party with insults and hatred. The methods employed by the Igbos will so much damage the chances of OBi that he will never again present himself for future election. In February, it will end in tears This is 100% guaranteed, else I will quit Nairaland. How you all don't know Obi can't win more than 2 states baffles me honestly |

I can't specifically say her actual tribe from the diverse tribes in Southern Kaduna, but her not being Hausa or Muslim is 100% correct. I'm speaking as a Northerner who is also not Hausa nor Muslim, we know ourselves. Well you still don't understand the context in which Hausa Amaka was used to spite the Igbos and not to vividly depict her ethnicity or religion, since no one knows for now. Make una dey try read more about Nigeria abeg, there are more than 100 other tribes in Northern Nigeria asides Hausa and Fulani, I'm tired of always correcting Southerners about the structure of Northern Nigeria! Ok sir, thanks for been the good lecturer that you are, if you didn't understand the context in which Hausa Amaka was used to depict her region and not ethnicity then I can't help you....may be I should have used ATYAP AMAKA instead, but this may be likely wrong also...then you don't gerrit...nobody claim she's Muslim also, except you though...so by the way, what tribe is she...since you know, I went through your write-up but you failed to tell us her tribe, it appears you also don't know. |
