harsysky:......or the kidnapped even! |
DomPerignon:Not any more or less than it is yours! |
lordm:As a Nigerian, don't you think he's entitled to have his own opinion on Lagos? 'Your own place' indeed! |
Is Tinubu acting like someone that gives a hoot what other regions think of his crass tribalism, greed and exclusion? There's a reason he wanted as many governors as possible in his APC! He's not hedging his bets on a majority of the electorate voting for him on election day....he has other plans which don't include getting the highest number of validly cast votes! Make of that what you may! ![]() |
Validated:Hehehehehe ![]() |
Kanwulia:The Urhobo outfit looks good on both of them! |
yarimo:What's the eastern state....and who eventually 'won' that election? |
Dress rehearsal for 2027! Just one mode of compromising the electoral process out of the many they have planned! |
gassbee:Why this urgent desperation to know if he had a wife or see a pic of her? Why don't you just wish the guy RIP and move on instead of wanting to invade his privacy? It's bordering on voyeurism and ameboism! |
Sonofgod1990:Sadly, a lot of our so called electorate are daft and easily swayed by financial inducements and/or ethno-religious sentiments! |
Ezeama400:You've pretty much summed up their intentions in one sentence! That thug bedecked with gold accessories while handling the wads of cash looks like he's cut from the same cloth as Tinubu! What we're witnessing is a criminal gang that has managed to infiltrate and subsequently take over gov't at the centre.....and most of Nigeria by extension! |
koxyz:....And the money they told us is being saved from removal of subsidy! They say forwards sale of crude by the Buhari and Tinubu gov'ts have all but wiped out any gains we could have made from the Iran/US-Israel war! |
All the tens of billions of dollars Buhari and Tinubu have borrowed between them in the last 11 years....when i look around my region the south-east, i see ZERO evidence of these borrowings, yet they expect all of us to pay back the loans! |
2mch:Hehehehehe ![]() You sure about the bolded? I ask because as we speak, there's about 200,000 of your compatriots living in their country! |
Dogalmighty17:Hehehehehe ![]() |
Streetinvestor2:Bros, you talk as if even the north voted for him in 2023! |
Why don't you mind your own business! You ARE NOT Igbo, so why TF are you so concerned with the Igbo/Biafra secessionist effort!?.....Always searching for little snippets here and there that you can use to try and discredit Mazi kanu, IPOB or even Ndigbo in general! If you devoted a fraction of your time in calling on the evil hegemonic alliance to work for a equitable and just 'one Nigeria'.....one where each region or ethnicity is in control of their resources and destiny, i can assure you if that happens, the call for secession amongst Ndigbo would be doused and the wind taken out of the sails of IPOB! Dude, Ndigbo ARE NOT AND CAN NEVER BE SLAVES TO ANY SMARTASS PHARAOIC BASTARDS.....NEVER! |
Sonnobax15:If we're to be honest, northerners are not exactly known for their culinary skills! When i was in Sokoto, i always sought out southern, especially eastern, owned/run cafetaria or mama-put to patrionise, and i suspect this is the case with other southerners reading this who did their NYSC in the north. |
Willy2025:That's what it's all about innit....'capturing the 'slaves' region' to use in furthering the political and economic interests of Tinubu in particular and south-west/Yorubaland in general! What exactly has the mandate thief Tinubu done in the south-east for him and you to expect to get more than 1% of the votes from the region? What has this useless 'aligning with centre' benefitted the region over and above what they should have gotten had their cowed politicians not been arm-twisted into either defecting to APC or rigged into office as is the case with Ebonyi, Imo and, to some extent, Anambra as we saw in the last election in the state? Wasn't it your sort that have been saying in the past that the south-east is 'irrelevant' and can be done without? So what changed? |
koladata:Let's not get ahead of ourselves here.....let him do it first! Talk is cheap! |
loffyloffy:What point am i 'missing' exactly!? The 'guy (an Ibo man', as you prefer to call him, is duly representing his constituency...and doing a danm good job of it if this particular sponsorship is anything to go by! His constituency is in Lagos state....a state built with the resources and efforts of ALL Nigerians, and the fact Lagos is in the SW is just coincidental and tangential, and has no bearing on how he goes about representing his people insofar as his constituents aren't complaining! Lagos state wasn't gonna be located on the moon was it?...It had to be located in a region in Nigeria, and it just so happens that region is the SW! Don't attach more importance to its regional location than is necessary! At best, the significance is just cultural and historical! You've fallen, either knowingly or unbeknownst to you, into the trap of forming a opinion based on a single story or part of a story as narrated by someone who at best is just trying to incite Yoruba against the Rep member because he's Igbo! Have you heard from him to know if this is the first of many other sponsorships, or if he has done some in the past and included non-Igbos'? Does the OP of this thread equally have reports on sponsorships of other Lagos House of Reps members so we can equally judge the fairness of the ethnic spread of beneficiaries?....Or was he just moniroring the Igbo Rep like a monitoring spirit? |
renderme:That doesn't mean it can't be a impostor posing as Peter Obi 'supporter'! If there's one thing i've come to realise about you emilokan minions and your principal, it's that's you lot are quite adept, calculative, patient and take a sustained and long-term approach at plotting to snatch power! That much i can say for una! ![]() |
NOETHNICITY:I've noticed that too! In fact ALL south-south states have been unlucky to have been saddled with the normal/business-as-usual type of governors from 1999 to date....with a slight exception made for the person of Donald Duke! |
Even if you're daft enough to want to return to a Nigeria run by the likes of Buhari and Tinubu, please don't drag your poor kids along in your ill-advised misadventure! I'm talking from experience! Listen up everyone....NIGERIA CAN NEVER BE FIXED! |
Hehehehehe ![]() Shebi i talk am...they've already started digging for dirt on NDC! |
David Mark can rest easy now! All that advice he's being bombarded with that he had better go and beg Nafiu Gombe....he can now relax as all the legal challenges ADC is facing gradually begin to loose steam and fizzle out into nothingness! ![]() |
OneCandleAway:Sure, they're oceans apart (apologies to Richard Marx), but both are essentially still your average self-centred Nigerian politician! ![]() |
Hehehehehe ![]() You idealists sef! Which national assembly is going to initiate impeachment proceedings and successfully impeach Tinubu? Is it the Akabio led one that's firmly in Tinubus' pocket? |
isio1:Now they've heard Obi and kwakwanso are seriously considering leaving ADC for them and porting to NDC, the restless and terrified so called 'democrats' have turned their leprous attentions to NDC and have started looking at the party with a magnifying glass to see if there's any imperfections they can use to sabotage the party....and by extention the ambitions of Obi and Kwakwanso! All this would have been hilarious if it wasn't so pathetic! |
oyeb15:Forget the fools that came out with that ill-advised press release! They're either impostors or they've been financially settled! But i partly agree with you that a big part of our problem as Ndigbo comes from within! It's also the case though that our hegemonic oppressors look for greedy saboteurs within, finacially/politically 'empower' them, place them on a pedestal, then give them the voice and national attention to present themselves as 'Igbo leaders'! Those greedy, efulefu judases don't speak for Ndigbo or represent the general sentiments amongst us! |
Justnation:Sadly, violence is the only language Tinubu understands....not all this blowing of grammar and playing the game according to the 'rules' set by him and refereed by his appointee! Nigerians need to know Tinubu IS NO democrat....he's a nasty vicious despot, and if you think you can use 'elections' to get him out of Aso-Rock, then you've got another think coming! |

Me that couldn't eat northern people food
