franchasng:They're blinded by their greed, lust for power, and apparent determination to ensure a certain ethnic group NEVER produces president of Nigeria! Personally, i hope they continue along any path that would lead to the disintegration of Nigeria! |
Kanwulia:They're mainly Tinubu minions in disguise! A lot of them have infiltrated the opposition to try and set them against themselves! Notice how many of them on this forum are opening countless threads trying to set Obi supporters agaisnt others in the opposition? |
hegelian:He'll find it easy to rig in his south-west region. Of all the other five regions, the next easiest for him to rig would be south-south....that region has a lot of daft, self-serving and mindless so called 'militants' (ie, jobless ogogoro drinkers and idle rent-seeking agberos) controlled by leaders intent on trying to please the godfather just so the federal gov't contracts and largess will keep on coming! The remaing regions would be difficult for him to rig, but in difficult ones like the south-east, he'd mainly be looking for at least 25% of votes in as many states as he can get, and this is where he hopes the APC governors in the region and the ass-kisser in Anambra that's slavishly supporting him would act as enforcers to help rig for him! He would find it difficult to rig in the muslim core north....there it's either they're behind you or they're not. And if they're not, they wouldn't take too kindly to seeing their votes stolen and given to someone they don't like! The middle-belt is the hardest to predict which way things will go, but a large part of the region are as fickle and easily led as the south-south, and if he can rig any states in the region, it'll be Kogi, Kwara and maybe Benue....so it's 50-50 as to how well he'll do (rig) in the middle-belt. |
Ndimkpurummiri:Your wet dream abi? ![]() |
Cyberterror:Asking someone else to help you check if una plan don work....ie, to use INEC and the compromised 'judiciary' to box Peter Obi into a corner in ADC, then work and pray that either Atiku or Amaechi trumps him to the ticket! You emilokan mandate snatchers are so terrified of Peter Obi....why is that!? It hasn''t gone unnoticed how you lot, who claim Peter Obi is not a credible opponent, are so obsessed with him 24/7! I've lost count of the number of threads on Peter Obi your terrified sort have opened and fallen over yourselves to comment on in the past few days, and one could be forgiven for thinking there are no other potential challengers in ADC for you to obsess on! Make una try get small shame na!? ![]() |
What of the Sage of Omaha? I hear he's quite active in philantropy! |
franchasng:Hehehehehe ![]() This one cracked me up! ![]() You understand what the plan is! ![]() |
saintokwuluora:I wonder if Tinubu has ever welcomed any Ambassador to his Iragbiji country home! |
Ezeama400:That's a conceited and misplaced statement to make. The position is not the 'rightful position' of any group! Anyone or group that puts in the effort can carry first in education....it's not a birthright! |
IsraeliAIRFORCE:I do hope Aunty Ngozi is helping connect Abia state gov't to countries and international financial institutions that matter! She was in the state few weeks ago, and must have seen and been impressed by the commendable efforts the Otti admin' are making in governance. It's about time Ndigbo start benefitting from having our sons and daughters in high positions in international multilateral financial institutions like World Bank, WTO, Afreximbank and IFAD. |
jakumo, if you know you're gonna throw jabs at others and run behind the anti-spambot for protection, then have some shame and don't throw the first punch! You're pathetic! |
Can the nairaland mod that keeps on using the auto-spambot to hide my posts tell me why my right of reply to the jakumo fella is being denied me? I was minding my own business when out of nowhere he sent me a rude and condescending post, and TWICE NOW that i've posted a response to his unsolicited post, TWICE has it been hidden! At the last attempt, my post was visible for a good length of time...long enough for me to make a correction to a typo' error, but when i came back some time later to see if there was any reply to my post, lo and behold it had been hidden YET AGAIN! Meanwhile, the post i've been trying to reply to is left up there! Is this forum giving everyone a level playing field or is the field, as some suggest, tilted in favour of a particular ethnicity/region and political leaning!? |
I'm surprised people don't know by now that the stevesteve poster is a well known Igbo-hating troll that doesn't mind spending all day trying to discredit YouTube clips of cities/towns in the south-east and set naive unsuspecting Igbos' against each other! I also suspect he is (or they are) here on nairaland pretending to be Igbo! They noticed how nicely the blogger presented Enugu, and their black and envious hearts immediately started looking for what to say to discredit the city! Pray, which city in Nigeria has fixed its water supply issues to individual homes and businesses? This is the clip i suspect he watched and was overcome with hate and envy!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23PmOcRj_mM?si=QzqyC9uaysdVZJ43 |
WizardOfNG:Dude, one can't help but wonder why you're zeroing in on this particular extract from a much wider assertion or story!? It appears you're just fishing for something 'incriminating' you can use to try and 'justify' the hatred you and your boss Tinubu have for Mazi kanu and also 'justify' your support for tagging him a 'terrorist' and making the necessary moves behind the scene to ensure he's moved to Sokoto! Nothing in all this sordid affair shows malice, hate and vendetta more than that last act of ensuring Mazi Kanu is moved to Sokoto! When i warn Ndigbo to be wary of characters like you and Tinubu, situations like this justify my stance! Are you taking exception to that particular snippet because you thought Mazi Kanu was threatening you, Tinubu or your entire ethnicity? I'm just trying to understand your thought process here! Other prominent Nigerians have equally called out your 'darling' Nigerian military for being complicit in the protracted high level of insecurity in the country...particularly the northern part, and have accused them of colluding with terrorists! They have told civilians to arm and protect themselves against these vermin criminals....whether the terrorists or the military personnel colluding with them! All that one no concern una! Rather, what you're obsessed about is how to try and rope in Mazi kanu, IPOB and Igbo in general into the unfolding story of insecurity in Nigeria! Talk about chasing rat from room to room when the entire house is going up in flames! That daft accusation of 'victimhood' is laughable and just you playing your usual mindgames! Mention specifics that show this 'playing of victimhood'! What you want is for us to keep quiet while you churn out all sorts of lies, revisionism, and engage in all sorts of wickedness against those you despise and see as the 'competition' that needs to be sabotaged and held down! |
WizardOfNG:Horseshit! YES!.....It's adequate validation to fight madness with madness when one can't get protection from the rule of law and is forced to operate based on the laws of the jungle! You want others to be bound by the limitations of civility and rule of law while you're free to go rouge abi? So this is the 'smoking gun' you have against Mazi Kanu that 'justifies' you and the demonic Tinubu gov't tagging him 'terrorist', getting him 'convicted' as one, and getting him to serve the 'sentence' in Sokoto!?.....Or is there more? |
WizardOfNG:Just as i expected....you take a small snippet of a wider statement or discussion, which on it's own doesn't convey the right intent of the speaker, then frame it as the be-all-and-end-all of the discussion!.....Basically, quoting out of context! I suppose that was you giving the unsolicited jaundiced and revisionary editorialising in the clip? We were all here on this forum when Buharis' murderous goons were mowing down in cold blood tens if not hundreds of innocent Igbo/Biafra youths and agitators! Mazi Kanu was complaining about the extra-judicial state-sponsored murders, but at the time forumites like you either laughed at him and the situation or went on to 'justify' it! Mazi Kanu is only human, and when he sees his own kinsfolk murdered by the evil hegemonic state who then turn around to laugh in his face at his anguish, were you expecting hugs and congratulatory back-slaps in return? His anger was RIGHTLY directed at the evil Nigerian state whose security forces, to this day, are still embroiled in sordid questions of human-rights violations, extra-judicial murders and enablement of terrorists.....THAT'S THE CONTEXT IN WHICH HE MADE THAT STATEMENT! But i don't expect you to see reason or empathise with the many Igbo/Biafra victims of the murderous Nigerian state because your contempt for anything Igbo, Biafra, Kanu, Obi, Otti, etc, is well known! ***** ***** ***** A few links from neutral observers: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2021/8/5/nigeria-accused-ruthless-crackdown-restive-southeast https://www.amnesty.nl/actueel/nigeria-killing-of-unarmed-pro-biafra-supporters-by-military-must-be-urgently-investigated https://punchng.com/12-ipob-members-regain-freedom-after-four-year-detention/ https://www.facebook.com/GalaxyTV/posts/court-frees-12-ipob-members-after-four-years-in-detentiona-high-court-in-ebonyi-/1108546077978911/ |
A moustache not a beard....and i think of Adolf Hitler and the 3rd Reich when i see him wear it! |
Mbanda:That's if they're even Igbo sef! |
gidgiddy:All they have against him are conjectural claptrap, gossip and what they say he said! A 'terrorist', yet till today they're yet to link even ONE terrorist act to the man! |
WizardOfNG:Care to corroborate your claim since it appears you're a avid follower of Mazi Kanu and his broadcasts!? |
Tailorcaesar:Thanks for the enlightening anecdote bros! |
Image123:Sure!....Because your Nigeria only started existing 15 or so years ago when Ihejirika was appointed the first Igbo COAS since Aguiyi-Ironsi!? |
They're not as quick to chase up south-east youths when it comes to employments into NNPC, CBN and other establishments owned by the federal gov't or which they have significant or controlling interests in! |
ariesbull:Bros, thanks to the weaponisation of poverty and baba-sope brand of politics Tinubu has enthroned, that problem is fast spreading to all regions of the country....including our own dear south-east! |
alanto:Yeah.....like what he's saying (content creating or not) isn't the reality on ground! |
Ofodirinwa:It's just innate hatred and xenophobia! And let's say it as it is.....this is coming mainly from TWO ethnic groups and not non-Igbos as you say! |
georgeakins:What's gonna happen come January 2027?....You miserable lot perfected your rigging plans? |
A4alpha:The surprise here is anyone being surprised he went for a character like Amupitan! What were they expecting? |
