When would people learn to understand this betting thing ?

If the betting coy are cashing out big time , but on whose money ?

You win 12k once in a month and spend 15k to play within same period , yet the day you win that 12k , you feel so fulfilled and forget all you had invested ..

Let me tell you. Some of the people who tell you a car is just N1 now, why is a seller selling his for N1:20k have no idea what car importation entails. I have said it and will continue to say it. No two cars are the same in terms of the cost and the dynamics of importation. Cost may be the same but milleage may not be the same. Means of transportation may not be the same, this affects the landing cost. Clean title cars and slightly accidented or badly accidented car price can't be the same. Cost of repairs is also there which may affect the overall price in case of a car needing repairs after importation. Custom duties may be fully paid or shortpaid for a particular car, this also affect the overall price and finally the profit to be made by the importer. Anyway my conclusion about some of these people is that some of them have never imported a pin. That's my submission

You forgot to add damages or theft that may occur at the ports in Lagos , ... That's one terrible thing that the congestion had caused .. ..

Not to talk of stolen keys , imagine a missing key for 2013 Benz or Lexus ..

After he paid huge for traditional marriage, paid bride price, still did white wedding.

There are persons I think he dare not mess up like that , it won't be a police affair or calling him out on nairaland. He too knows and understands that language....

Greed is what pushes dealers , importers , buyers to making decisions that can end up in messy waters , we all can slip in that space sometimes unknowingly..

The mega culprit of this kinda mess is the clearing process that has never been clear till date ... Why can't consignee or importers pay all these charges online via the customs website fore example and just pay any agent to bring out the goods instead ?
There is a systemic issue there ....

Don't get me wrong , Oliverjaid should have done better , but I think it's a call to the govt authorities to do better and act as if we are in 2020..
