You can only an extra 20 hrs in another company if it is same profession or if the job is in the shortage occupation lists.

Noted... Thanks and God bless...

DMainMan:
You are welcome.

Meanwhile only companies in the links below give sponsorship. So kindly focus on those companies. Some big companies such as Shell and Mobil do not sponsor while tiny companies with just one office can give sponsorship. So check the lists whenever you get any vacany.

Thank you Boss. ... I'm about to conclude my Masters program in Environmental and Engineering Geology. I have applied for few jobs in related field and still waiting for update.

If I get sponsored by a care company which is the easiest to get at the moment. Can I combine working with the care company and a job in my field with a company that do not offer sponsorship ?

DMainMan:
Hi Ignis. Glad you are in the UK. I recall all those days on Nairaland.

For general information and requirements about Skilled Worker Visa: https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa

Costs depend on whether you are in UK, outside UK or your job is on the shortage list: https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/how-much-it-costs

For English test: You don't need any English test since you had already demonstrated proof of English in your Student visa application. The visa application will inquire if you had previously provided evidence of English proficiency in a previous visa application. You will be asked;

Have you provided evidence of your English language ability in a previous application? Select Yes

Thank you Boss... I appreciate your effort...

You have been providing update and assisting on Nairaland since 1970...

Please I am a student in UK currently on Tier 4 Visa. If I have my COS and want to switch to skilled work Visa.
What requirements will I need to apply including cost?
Will I require IELTS?

Thanks.

Hello everyone it's been 3 months since I had sex with a random girl and having been having boils coming up only my dick every time.

Taken a lot of drugs and even rubbed tubes like funbact act A and some other antibacterial the boils would go but when I stop using the antibacterial cream they will resurface.

Please I need advice on how to go about this am suffering and so uncomfortable right now.

Do people still do unprotected sex with random people ? Please run HIV and hepatitis B test too. Then visit a General Hospital to talk to a specialist.

dduchess90 God bless you for always responding promptly to enquiries here admist your schedule.

I would like to make an enquiry. Is there any Implication if a Masters student (4 months into the program) on Tier 4 Visa obtains COS and apply for work visa ? What are the chances of being rejected and would such student be able to continue with studies and work after upgrading to Tier 2?

All these is just for politicians to postpone elections.

Crying is part of human emotions and is unavoidable. We cry when in pains and when overjoyed.

It is the school's policy... But I believe if she keeps on pressing, she will be refunded.

Wasn't she aware of the policy before proceeding ?

Penguin2:
But endorsing Tinubu will be the end of Wike’s political career.

Let him try if he dares!

If Wike endorses Tinubu, and Tinubu wins, will that still be the end of his political career? Especially if he fully defects back to PDP later.

Atiku was once in APC, remember.

ClearFlair:
You're still on Nairaland. Interesting. Are you still very slim?

I'm slim but not very slim.

Please ignore any advice you may be given here. Kindly as a matter of urgency visit a dermatologist or specialist in any government hospital.

Early detection aids treatment. Lots of life threatening disease including cancerous growth could start this way.

Goodluck.

Please howmuch is the limit for upkeep ?

dduchess90:
Hello

You have less than a month validity

It's too close,please renew it

Cheers

Thanks

dipsson:
Your international passport validity must be more than 6 months before you can use it to apply for visa

Please are you sure about this?

Good day Experts in the house,

Please can a dependent of a Januray resumption applicant apply for Visa with a passport that will be expiring February ?

Please I appreciate an urgent response.

Thank you.

Gloriyah:
Yeah but some jobs requires you to have your NIN(national insurance number) and this can take up to 4weeks after application.

This days it doesn't take more than a week.
Mine came out in 3 working days

Secondly, once you apply you will be given a reference number. Most jobs accept the reference number generated immediately after application.

We got them

emmyN:
They can't appeal the court ruling asking them to suspend unless they first suspend it. You can see the government have them boxed in a corner.

Pathetic, now the court will keep postponing hearing and court session until a new government comes to power.

On what ground did ASUU suspend the strike ?
ASUU keep suspending strike without any solution at sight.

Obasanjo is denying failure....

victorVIC1:
Thanks a lot for the advise. Please how do you see the school cos we also have another option?

In terms of what?

victorVIC1:
Hi Ignis, please did you submit POF to University of Plymouth? Also, they are asking my wife for official transcript which she is finding it difficult to get at the moment. Base on your experience with the school, please advise if one can provide an alternative document in place of this.

You will not be required to submit POF before issuance of CAS, if you apply through any of the university recognized agents outlined on the university official set.

On the issue of transcript, you can always explain to them the challenges on ground and promise to provide same when things are resolved. They are aware of the current ASUU strike.
