I would like to make an enquiry. Is there any Implication if a Masters student (4 months into the program) on Tier 4 Visa obtains COS and apply for work visa ? What are the chances of being rejected and would such student be able to continue with studies and work after upgrading to Tier 2?

Yeah but some jobs requires you to have your NIN(national insurance number) and this can take up to 4weeks after application.

This days it doesn't take more than a week.
Mine came out in 3 working days

Secondly, once you apply you will be given a reference number. Most jobs accept the reference number generated immediately after application.

Hi Ignis, please did you submit POF to University of Plymouth? Also, they are asking my wife for official transcript which she is finding it difficult to get at the moment. Base on your experience with the school, please advise if one can provide an alternative document in place of this.

You will not be required to submit POF before issuance of CAS, if you apply through any of the university recognized agents outlined on the university official set.

On the issue of transcript, you can always explain to them the challenges on ground and promise to provide same when things are resolved. They are aware of the current ASUU strike.

Decision has been for a friend study Visa, and TLS has confirmed the receipt of the passport, they indicated that they will send the passport through courier, but since 29th of Aug.

Please is there a way to contact them to ask question. Visa application center is Abuja.

When I did mine... I was given a tracking number to track the package on the courier website. I was able to track and get real time location of the package after receiving the collection mail from TLS (which also contain the tracking number).
