Go to vkontakte a Russians and ukrainians website. U will notice that they love to livestream and video themselves a lot on snapchat. You will see many crazy videos from accidents, street fights to someone being stabbed or shot. All videoed in camera and uploaded in that site.
So for this guy to be recording this attack is nothing new. Go to Russian sites and ypu will see worse videos than this.

They only shoot at military Tanks from russia.
