So with 4 push ups you will vote for Tinubu.....what is the use of a candidate that can do 5 push ups but cannot govern well.....Nigeria and misplaced priority.....the politicians will appeal to the desire of the majority.....if the youths of a nation are whole, push ups and gym membership will not be a feature of a campaign but sadly in today's Nigeria that may win you some votes....the people get the leader that best reflect them

Inec is the one to explain the discrepancies in their own reports. If they cannot convince the tribunal....whose hearing start tomorrow....then APC wins....if the tribunal is satisfied with inec's explanation and agrees then PDP wins....it will be left for apc to either appeal or congratulate pdp....either ways it will be interesting....if Apc wins this then inec's reputation will be called into question for 2023

The difference between 2018 and 2022 is the new electoral act.

In 2018 if there was overvoting or discrepancies in result the law says Inec can declare the election inconclusive and do a rerun.

However in the new electoral act inec shall cancel the election of those polling units. No reruns. No inconclusive elections.

APC's argument is that if the over 700 PUs are cancelled according to the electoral act. APC wins...

Inec is said to be claiming the first report was wrong.....but it was signed by inec and that was the first report produced before any Knowledge of litigation.......once litigation was initiated inec seems to have gone back to produce a different report.....inec has to prove that the 2nd report not the first is the truth

Oga this is APC's calculation and we know how fake it is. Overvoting was said to occur in 10 PUs but here is APC claiming overvoting occurred even in their own strongholds but they managed to to have lower number of illegal votes compared to PDP's. This is same fraudulent template they used then to get Aregbe in.
Besides, INEC already said the data they gave them initially was the one before BVAS was synchronised so I'm sure all these numbers are from the incomplete data presented by APC. Why will the court admit incomplete data. Or are you people planning an Imo again?

The new electoral law says where there is overvoting the election result from such PU shall be cancelled. According to APC data there was overvoting in over 700 PU. Cancelling those PU results in the corrected number.

You will remember that Davido himself raised alarm on election day that APC was rigging with video evidence of someone adding to the votes in the ballot box. The new electoral law will cancel all such overvoting whether it was originally declared for PDP or APC. No more reruns as it was pre 2022 election

Polling science is quite complicated...it is not a twitter or website issue....Sampling is key to polling...getting the right sample.....I am seeing some candidates having 0% in some regions in the so called polling...that is the first red flag....the sampling was way off......what questions were asked....how many of these people voted in the last election?....how many are new voters?....how many of them are members of a political party? What is the most important issue for these voters - tribe, security, unemployment.....Is the sampling reflective of the national spread?.....You can't sample just youths or elderly or new voters.....What's the distribution between educated and uneducated voters?
