Well, I cannot say if Igwe is guilty of bribery or not. The only thing I am sure of is that Igwe has been campaigning for the provision of VIN  for every car listed in nairaland before dec 6th.

That accusation may be wrong.
The only problem I have with Igwe is his interest in busy_body

This VIN/Chassis no. stands to give you the complete history of the vehicle from the day it was first sold after manufacture. This information is very comprehensive. It includes all registrations, last recorded odometer/mileage,accidents and the status(branding and salvage) of the vehicle.

i agree with the insurance part but that of scarches,i think  Its easily noticed on a Black or Dark car
People prefer darker colours cause they Shine brighter(Reflect  light) even sunlight on a bright day (things glint when they reflect light in the dark)
Darker cars Glint very well at night compared 2 the white n white like colours
Due 2 that glint, dents and scraches are easily seen on them.

Right onto serious matters, yes it is a salvaged car, but I admire your integrity and having the decency to apologise, but I haven't seen any wrongdoing yet You posted a car up for sale and included the Vin number, and once again, its left for buyers to do the right checks and request for documentation from you to ensure they are not buying a lemon
