thesolutions: It would have been a nice thread if you had passed your message without mentioning Tinubu and next election. But for what it's worth, Nigerians are constantly demanding and pressing to get what they want. It is individual wants and not collective. That is why you think they aren't pressing. As long as there are multiple different means for individuals to get what they want, don't expect anything called change or revolution. If that ever happens, individual who are pressing for such will cash out with it and left the country in it worst state ever. If you are not getting what you are pressing for, re-stratergize and change your wants.
Accept Nigeria for what it is. How can someone talk about progress in Nigeria without mentioning the president and elections? |

danvon: Everything Igbos, pure narcissism
Igbos never had kings it was the British that installed them for you, because they knew without kings you can't make the simplest decisions even in your best interest...
Till this very day Igbos can't coordinate together in the Yorubas and Northerners can, you always confuse mob unity with coordination. Kings never made any decisions to the interest of the masses. Ezebuilo (a king is an enemy) is a popular Igbo philosophy. The British needed their partners in crime and foisted charlatans to do the dirty work. However, the masses stuck to the democratic consensus methods. If kings were good thing why are we now struggling to reduce their powers? Igbos evolved ahead of you |

Till this very day Igbos can't coordinate together in the Yorubas and Northerners can, you always confuse mob unity with coordination. Mob unity is democracy. Haters of democracy ridiculed it as "mob rule" at the early stage of it's invention. How did Igbos coordinate the kicking out of Fulani marauders while Hausa with kings can't do same against bandits, nor Yorubas against herdsmen? Maybe coordinating together is about following one stvpid megalomaniac like a goat to your own detriment |

Christistruth00: The Jihadhists were Selling the Hausas as Slaves to the Slave Traders at Ilorin who were reselling them to Oba Kosoko and Europeans on the Coast
Kosoko Sold them to the Portuguese who shipped them off to Brazil Actually Oba Kosoko also had Slave Ships of his own complete with Portuguese Crews plying between Lagos and Bahia in Brazil
I believe it was Martinez Domingo a Mixed Race Brazilian who was running the operation for Kosoko The jihardist sold slave from different tribes including Yoruba. Eg Ajayi Crowther. The jihardist sold to Portuguese at the coast. Of course some coastal tribes may serve as middlemen once in a while. This was how Aros sold slaves through ijaw coastal area leading to emergence of ijaw middlemen |

Christistruth00: Let me tell you who the Hausa Constabulary Were
Captain Glover was the Governor of (Lagos) It was from among the Hausas that had been Captured and enslaved by the Jihad that were matched to Lagos Coast to be shipped off to Brazil as Slaves by Oba Kosoko that Glover formed the Hausa Constabulary force from after the British freed them in Lagos after removing Kosoko from the Throne
Now You can imagine how enraged those Hausas were As allies of the British they now had Machine Guns and were Proficient in using them
Just imagine what could have happened in Northern Nigeria if the British had let them have their way Jihardist also enslaved Yoruba eg Ajayi Crowther. And how can jihardist slaves be shipped by oba kosoko? |

AnambraPikinSel: I don't know who swear for them It's obvious you lack in depth knowledge of the subject matter thereby focusing on nonsense. Ahmadu Bello said many unprintable things against Igbos to prevent Hausa from imbibing the independent mindedness of Igbos which is a threat to the Fulani lordship in hausaland. |

Christistruth00: Never underestimate the Hausa The Songhai Empire subdued and ruled them for about 200 years and they still made a huge Comeback
It depends on their mood At the moment they are not sounding very happy especially after what the bandits put them through They were at the verge of overthrowing the Fulani before the British came and scammed them. The Hausa constabulary which later became Nigerian army were fighting against Fulani rulership. British agreed with them for a peaceful surrender so that the British can help them remove the Fulani rulers, only for the British to sign agreement for the Fulani rulers to continue through indirect rule |

Sonyboom: Foolish comment like this does not negate the fact that you Igbos are against Bayero whom those in Kano support. So stop making foolish comment such as this it does not help your cause, it rather expose your foolishness even more as the whole world knows where your bias lies. Igbos support due process, justice, equity, fairness. Igbos never liked sanusi. But the wuruwuru that deposed him was used to reinstate him. The justice is what Igbos support. Yorubas have no ideals |
