There is a funny meme that is being used all over nairaland. It depicts a Lady with an unbothered look lying down and picking her teeth. It is so funny. Can someone share it with me please? Thanks |
Hello to everyone here. I will keep the story short as possible. In 2006, I read a novella- a very interesting one at that. I'd like to read it again but I seem to have forgotten the correct title of the book as all the ones that has the same name after searching it online are different. I also don't remember the author and publisher. I will really appreciate any help rendered. These are the vague details that I can still remember from the plot: (1) A young man named Alani met a young, beautiful and friendly lady called Aduke at a Buka (Local Canteen). (2) They fell in love and got married despite the fact that Alani's mother disliked Aduke for no notable or obvious reason. (3) Alani's mother was always nagging about his wife Aduke and it finally got to a point that she labelled Aduke a witch. (4) Alani's mother brought a lady from the village named Sade and forcefully married her to Alani. (5) Despite all the troubles and challenges, Alani never ceased from loving and caring for Aduke. (6)The new wife was a vile person and was always fighting with Aduke over petty things with the obvious support and backing of her mother-in-law (7) The Household never experienced peace again.....The story goes on but these are the scanty details that I can remember about the book. The name that keeps coming to my head is "Shattered Dreams" but all the Google search results point to other books with that name but different stories Cc Lalasticlala |
Didilicious:It isn't. I checked it out. |

Good day here. I have two issues with my Infinix Hot 4 pro 1- The screen has a minor problem of showing different colors and being unstable sometimes. I took it to Carlcare Opebi and Carlcare Computer Village and was told that I have to pay #11000 to fix it even though it is still under warranty. 2- I tried upgrading my Infinix HOT 4 PRO to the Nougat version V157 that I downloaded from Infinix website and it worked. The only problem I had with it was that I lost my IMEI and then came to an thread that advised me to use GSM Alaadin to fix the IMEI but unfortunately during the process of repairing the IMEI , GSM Alaadin crashed and stopped working and the phone refused to turn on again. The phone's power was on 83% so it was not as a result of low battery. I have tried to flash it and downloaded two other firmwares again but SP Flashtool does not even detect the mtk preloader to start flashing at all. The system still makes sound when it is connected but SP Flashtool is not flashing it. I have read a lot of guides and tutorials to fix a dead hard bricked phone AND I have also been charging it for over 15 hours now but still shows no sign of coming on. I read a thread of a similar situation with infinix hot 4 pro on xda developers site that was finally fixed by using Infinix Flashtool but the flashtool is not loading the scatter file giving error 8417 even after downloading the stock firmware from Infinix website. I have read threads from and other websites on possible fixes for error 8417 fix but none worked. The latest version of SP Flashtool loads the scatter file but doesn't flash but Infinix Flashtool doesn't even load the scatter file at all. I have installed the drivers again and it is still the same thing. I have even tried another PC using windows 7 but it still gives the same error. PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO TO RECOVER MY DEVICE? THANKS AS I AWAIT YOUR REPLY @carlcareopebi @carlcaresophia |

remmyz:Why? |
Okay |
ruphytelecom:That is just the normal 4 cell then. Thanks for your reply but it is the 9/12 cell I need. |
ruphytelecom:I need a long lasting battery for my Lenovo G50-30 80G0 laptop. I use the normal battery but it isn't enough. Is there 9/12 cell available for it and how many hours will that last on usage. How much would it cost? How many hours would it also use for full charge |
CarlcareOpebi:The screen is not broken at all, not a dent on the screen at all. It just started showing lines all of a sudden. |
CarlcareOpebi:They didn't. The lady just said screen repair is not included in their warranty coverage. She also went on and on about most hardware fault not being included in the warranty coverage. I was so pissed. |
CarlcareOpebi:So sad that Infinix doesn't offer warranty for real. It is all just a lie for marketing purpose. I went to Opebi today to get my phone after I called the hotline and was told my phone was ready for pickup. I was told my phone has not been fixed that I will have to pay the outrageous sum of 11,700 to fix the screen and "sub" board. I told them I was not informed of any payment to make for the repair, It was then I was told that the warranty doesn't cover hardware faults but only software issues. Like what the f**k!!!. Who cares Why is it called a warranty then? I can fix software issues myself for God's sake. The phone is not even up to 8 months. Why will I pay that outrageous sum for a phone that didn't even fall down before it developed a fault on the screen. Such a bad and poor warranty service. Shame on Infinix, Shame on Carlcare. Purchase their devices at your own risk. |

OnePunchMan:How much will it cost to ship macbook pro 2017 space grey ( intel core i7 quadcore, 512gb SSD,16GB RAM, 15 inches) and iphone x black ( 256 GB) to FUNAAB in Abeokuta from Amazon. Thank you. |
I had this problem before on my infinix hot 4 pro running marshmallow. It is so annoying. Go to playstore and search "install button unlocker" app. Install and enable it anytime u want to toggle on a permission. It works like magic. Better still,to leave marshmallow wahala forever, Just upgrade ur phone to nougat via OTA. |
I claim the card |
