Medicine has become a thing of money.
Why else will those who have graduated other courses go into nursing and the likes and ship off to the US/Canada etc. Money.
Go for consultation and pony up money whether na one minute or 10 minutes doctor observe you.
90% of the Nigerian students i know are in medicine. Over half of that 90% have nothing in their heads. When i ask what do you want to specialize in? Why? What do you want to do with the career? The passion behind picking that career? I get nothing. Either they decided to follow the herd, family orders or for the money.
