Seen and heard dozens of similar stories.  Some people rise to the occasion and find means besides selling their bodies.  I know this as i have friends and family members who have risen to the occasion.  
Don't get me wrong, i'm not even stressing on the wrong. . .what irks me is when people try to find justification for something they cannot handle and know/think they went about it wrong.  If you made the decision with full brain capacity, then you accept the situation knowing full well, you made the decision to walk that path or you change what you don't like, not garnering sympathy which in most cases is food for continuation of actions one doesn't want.  Somethings break you, somethings build you up.

These are things you and your man should discuss also have elders in your family present and make sure everyone knows the deal before any talk of marriage.
Do not assume that all will be well and just go ahead then come back later to complain. Make sure you talk it out and have agreements before you go further with that it can definitely work
