The FBI just indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center for defuading it's donors because they used confidential informants in the KKK etc. to get information to not only dismantle those groups but to also protect the lives of their staff and others the groups were targeting.
They shared the information with the FBI until Kash Patel stopped it.

The whole indict is odd and further weaponization of the Justice Department.
It seems the administration believes the KKK and J6ers are good and those who go after the KKK and J6ers are bad.

I would expect them to be properly briefed, have studied the briefs and to answer the question with all the appropriate caveats as to not exclude anyone that would need to be. Especially when the court may be expected to rule on matters pertaining to that question in the future.
