Oga call me whatever you like. U have to be prepared to get job in uae. People are still getting jobs. Some group of naija guys made a video ND put online that no work in Dubai. But people still came ND conquered.
All depends on your mindset and how motivated u are. And especially God's grace.

Good morning. Very funny. Yes people are packing blocks. Many were lured by there agent in naija who promised them direct employment in a hotel and they came and saw construction. Reasons why we advise you come with tourist visa to search for this job yourself. But to be on a safer side. Attest your results,
do your visa. Bring enough money for upkeep in terms of feeding, accommodation and transportation, and please put extra 400k in your pocket just Incase. Cos in Dubai now most work demands for security deposits which I don't know if other emirates do. But you hv to decide on which sector u want to belong in. Arrange your cv well. If you love security you will have to under some courses here first which cost you about 200k(SiRA and POD) opportunities are here I must tell you but you to be determined to locate it and most importantly God's grace. U only need eligibility letter if u are attesting your waec result. But for degree u don't need eligibility letter.
But for u to get the eligibility letter u must hv 5credits including English and maths. And u will attest it too both in MOFA and UAE embassy. Congrats

U can call or mail the airline or agent u booked it from.
If your ticket hv refundable option they will refund u. If not. U forget d money and enjoy ur work in Dubai. Or if u are planning to visit naija after one year ND ur company won't pay for the flight fare, u can actually extend your return ticket to a maximum of a year. But it will require u to pay a stipend to keep it open. Hope this helps

Yeah deira is abit bad but it depends on how motivated you are. Unless he is buoyant. There are still good bedspace in Abu hail. Let him use dubizzle. He will get bedspace there and contact the number. First let him decide on where he wants to base, fujerah, ajman,

Bro budget money for ur accommodation. Nobody is ready for that unless u hv someone in Dubai which is not even guaranteed he will agree to accommodate u.
Bedspace is 60k per month including the utilities like light, gas and Wi-Fi. Atleast carry ur house rent for 3months. If u get work before one month Na still ur gain. Then budget money for transportation. U will get a bus card 2500 in our Naira. U use it for traveling with public transport except taxi. Then carry all the food stuff u can lay ur hands on. Vegetables, egusi, Ogbono. Provisions. Grinder pepper. Maggi. Except red oil. If possible Carrington ur plate and spoon with tea cup to minimize ur expenses wen u come. Gooduck

Then to now get there and be stuffed in a room with 13 other people,bug infested bed, mad sun, not even sure of getting job.
