Gelegele—A Non Governmental Organization, the Ijaw Women of America (IWA) on Tuesday 10, February 2021, commissioned a solar-powered borehole water project in Gelegele Gbene Community, Olodiama Kingdom in Ovia North-East Local Area of Edo State.

TV Africa24 gathered that the project is the 10th borehole water project embarked upon by the group.

The project is also part of the first phase of providing clean drinkable water for all Ijaw communities in the Niger Delta.

This is to inform all students of Ijaw extractions in Rivers State from these LGAs:
Abua/Odual, Andoni, Bonny, Asari-Toru, Akuku-Toru, Ogu /Bolo, Degema, Okrika, Opobo /Nkoro, Egenni in Ahoadawest, Omubaraibi in etche, and Port Harcourt south.
That, there is a students body for all Ijaws in Rivers State to unit ourselves for the common goals in our learning institutions

And that is how it will remain even in our ijaw Republic which carries all Ijaws from Nigeria's Ondo to Nigeria's Akwaibom State.
We all share borders in these six states we were unjustly balkanized into.

Though I was a year ahead of the both of you in the school.

We the Ijaw People's Liberation Front, (IPLF), will later turn that state school to a Federal University and the name will be the University Of Ijaw in the Ijaw Republic.

After sharing a photo of himself in his NYSC uniform saluting like a gallant officer on his official Facebook page, a lot of top blogs across the country has shared the picture congratulating him for his latest feat.

THE FEAR OF IJAW BETRAYAL.

A POETRY WORK BY GENERAL DITARI.

The fear of Ijaw betrayal,
Is not a thing, only for prayer,
It has lasted
And things are getting wasted,
It is time it gets pasted
In the place, all will call it hated.

These things I write,
It will help us and fight,
Our selves, out of this night,
That we now see as our plight.

We need to be in the light,
We need to make Ijaw white,
Because it is truly right.

Many nations believe we have might,
But many Ijaws are now in fright,
Due to the kind of height,
The Ijaw fear of betrayal have placed in our people's sight.

What we need is sensitizations,
It will save us from this marginalizations,
Because we alone, faces the environmental degradations,
Caused by Nigeria's daily exploitations.

We gave them freedom to our oil explorations,
But to us, they repayed with balkanizations,
When all our areas are not even facing natural separations.

That Ijaw with ear,
Will hear,
That Ijaw who really care,
Will not fear,
All Ijaw must be like a seer,
Who can tell what is coming near.
If we be fast as deer,
We will be in our full gear.

If so done,

Even if attacked from the rear,
We will not tear,
If this said unity, we chose to wear,
Our strenghts, they cannot bear.

If we take Ijaw for play,
Our elders, with the hair of gray,
Will have no place to stay,
If we sell Ijaw on a tray,
Our families, will become stray
And against this we have always prayed,
For Ijaw to always conquer such day.

Ijaw please,

Let the greedy kill this test,
Let us give Ijaw rest,
Let us all put in our best,
Let us all do the right things first,
By telling the none Ijaw, of which is a guest,
That Ijaw is our nest
And we will defend it against all forms of pest.
