President Musa Yaradua, aside been a two term governor in Kastina State, he never had a political empire that he built that was able to made him President.
President Obasanjo chose him, based on the the relationship between him and his late brother Sheu Yaradua. He even attested to the fact, that the election that brought him in was a fraud or rigged, but he was going to reform the electoral process.

President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (2009-2015)

Aside been a two term governor in a tiny Bayelsa State, with eight local government areas. He never built a political structure that was able to made him President. He became President based on God's Providence.

Moral Lesson; if anybody should say to you that any Presidential candidate hasn't built a political structure to become a president. Always tell them that he doesn't need to build one, he can always borrow the ready built structure by the cabals (owners of Nigeria). Or become President through God's Providence.

European countries renewed their efforts to have Nigeria export more liquefied natural gas, or LNG, to the European Union as they seek to wean themselves off of Russian energy dependence. Russia was Europe's third liquefied natural gas supplier in 2021, after the United States and Qatar. The European Union is looking for its first African supplier of liquefied natural gas and on Monday, Samuela Isopi, EU Ambassador to Nigeria, and ambassadors from France, Italy, Portugal, and Spain paid a visit to the National Petroleum Company (NNPC) headquarters to meet with the company's management.
The visit occurred at a time when Europe is attempting to reduce its reliance on Russian gas.
