Please Who is going to University of Regina for fall 2022 term, kindly send me a pm

Please I need help, I submitted my passport since 4th Nov. till today no tracking no or email from VFS Lagos. Somebody should please advice me on what to do? they are not responding to email and I have not been able to get on phone. I need Help

Since my passport was received by Me Festus last week I am yet to receive a tracking ID or acknowledgement.


What could be the reason or what can I do

I am experiencing the same issue. I have written them severally to at least send me tracking no. I submitted on 4th Nov yet no email from them till now. I have my LOI and counterfoil. Its just appalling

I submitted my passport since 3rd Nov and it was received by VFS Lagos on 4th Nov, till today I have not been sent my tracking no or any single email updating me on my passport. I have sent series of email and have called their customer care several time, they keep promising me that they will send me email. till today I have not gotten any tracking no or email that me passport is ready for collection. Though I now have my letter of introduction and counterfoil. Please is there anybody currently having this same challenge? what should I do next guys?

Good morning Guys, Is there anybody that have submitted his passport to VFS Lagos around 4th Nov that have gotten his passport back?. My passport was received by the famous Mr. Festus on the 4th of Nov. Till now, as I am typing this post , I am yet to receive any form of communication from them. Not even an acknowledgement mail or SMS that my passport have been received by them.

Meanwhile, is it possible to get ones passport back from VFS Lagos if it’s not been processed to IRCC? So I can send it to a different location. Since they’ve refused to give me any information whatsoever as regarding what’s happening with my passport.... This is day 10, no tracking ID, no feedback, nothing!

Bros we are in the same shoe oh!!!! It's 12days now still counting that my passport was received by Mr. Festus in VFS LAGOS. I am yet to hear anything from them. They are not even responding specifically to my email to acknowledge receipt of my passport. Getting them on phone is a herculean task. They just kept me in the dark.
