I had a similar experience wth mine.i tried different chargers n batteries,but to no avail.eventually i changed d charging port n i have no issues since then.

I recently upgraded my 640xl dual to wm10, but it's got some great bugs. I wanna go back to wm8.1. Is there anyone who can help? Thanks
