Amen! |
Let the music begin! |
i don't support the introduction of state police, it would have been a good thinking, but in the Nigerian case it will be a mirage and a calculated blunder, because state Governors will just use the so called state police to subdue the people especially during election and among others. The case of my last Governor's election (Imo State) is a good case in point, that election produced the new Governor Rochas Okorocha whom i am even baffled that he is in support the introduction of state police. he even forgot that Ohakim my erstwhile Governor refused him to do his final campaign before the election proper in our state owned stadium (Dan Ayniam Stadium) he has to even move the venue less than 18hrs to a primary school opposite the stadium, yet the incumbent Governor who has lost the confidence of the people refused them to park their cars along the road with funny excuses like that it will block the road etc which is a cry of an already defeated man. At the end of the drama, we all saw how that election ended in his favour ousting Ohakim with the high powered hand and transparency with which INEC handled that election. He is now among the propagandist on vanguard of state police. i am tempted to doubt whether some of our governor's have our interest at heart including (Rochas Okorocha) him my Governor - i am glad mortals like Oshio of Edo state did not support that motion. My humble submission on the above discussion! |

RIP Mr. PRESIDENT |
Am sure the DANA cum Idian mogul will find this for another experiment within the Nigerian Airspace, since they claim that the life/performance of an aircraft does not matter but that it all depends on maintenance. |
HBD Outstanding African patriot! |
i have taken time to read all the post in this thread. my humble suggestion are as follows: 1. Igbo men re not bad people- u need to have that in mind 2. Igbo men re business people- u need to know that in ur relationship with him (this is beyond face value-i hope u undstand what i mean here) 3 every man like to be loved, cared for and respected 4 igbo men like money making partners-wife that is working class and also perform household chores very well 5 igbo men re not particular about coming home to stay permanently Anyway, my cousin lives in New jersey and he married an AA her name is Camry. they ve been married for more than 10 years now, they still in the states, though they ve built a house in Naija. Finally, just undstand that every marriage has its own perculiar challenges, no too persons re the same, and people dont response to events the same way. if ur husband doesnt go to church, please try to get him around ur pastor, when once u have around God, u can be sure he will be there for u. Alwayz pray for him, and please dont deal with him with an eye of suspicion- that is the easiest way to ruin a relationship. i wish you the best but please try and earn some money to support him, am sure he will appreciate you the more if you do. thank you for loving one of our own |
i am very surprised that some people as young as GEJ's son will come online and abuse him to the letter. the likes of Alj harem and co. plz if u cannot respect him as ur president, respect him because he is an elderly man. it is said that uneasy lies the head that wear the crown. this does not mean that i support his deregulation policy, but i still remember there is what is called constructive criticism. the truth be told, we cannot guarrantee the leadership of any nigerian. GEJ alone cannot solve naija problem. when some people have totally closed thier eyez to the good side of the govt i doubt their sincerity, if ur intention is to deceive nigerians in any way to further some else's agenda, just know that someday u will also be in a leadership position and nature will pay u back good measure pressed down shaken together and running over. |
