lol,the reason why they keep scamming people is because those that patronize them are greedy, thinking they are getting a real deal at a cheaper rate.

someone on NL,was lamenting on hw a data dealer scammed him.funny enough,the same guy was telling the dealer that his own price was extremely cheaper from others he usually patronize and still went ahead to purchase from him and he was scammer.

so, greediness is part of the reason why most people are scammed
