therealMcCain:
you are growing with speed

OYENIYIJK:
Thank you. You free my mind and I get joy

Another one, Why don't people buy from GD auction? Those names there are mostly meaningful than expired domains and sometimes they are $5 or 7 or 8. Or their is something behind it or they will bill me another money from the actual payment?

Thanks

Thank you sir

OYENIYIJK:
this domain is really confusing, please help me to answer this question.

Is it compulsory we must look for expired domains. I know that they have some things new domains don't have. All the sales report on this thread, I have written them down and I have join one or two things together and they are meaningful, will they sell if I handreg it

And does it make sense to do outbounding for non GEO domain.

Thanks

Sales Letter And Follow Up Message Formats In One Place

It so funny to me that there are many members who don't make use of simple features of NL forum, like search bar at the top to get what they need without asking anyone. For the lazy domainers like me, I have dugged up the sales letter and follow up message format with the uses of the search bar for the benefit of everyone. Here are they, thus

Remember, there would be public holiday on Christmas and Boxing day together with the first day of the New Year. You can use the format below

Anyone with any response to this?

Follow these little tips:

— Create a Lesotho PayPal (Business Account)

– Use your real details, no exceptions

– If you want to receive money, start with small funds

– Don't withdraw to card immediately you receive a fund, wait for two to three days if it's your first transaction

– Avoid receiving funds from illegal source

– Call them directly if an issue is beyond your control. Lament and shout that they are killing your business with their delays/negligence/attitude or whatever suits the situation

Note: Upon initiating a withdrawal to your Africard, PayPal may lock your account and ask you to provide a valid ID. Please, supply them with a scanned copy of your Travel Passport (assuming you used this during registration). Your account will be reopened immediately.

Please, know that the tips listed above are what I noted from my experience and shouldn't count as a professional advice.

If you need the comprehensive PDF that explains the process step by step, do let me know in order to forward same to you.

I hope this helps again.

OYENIYIJK:
yes, it is also the one I'm using.

But if you are collecting big money, don't use that PayPal to avoid any stories

CornOak:
It's free and you don't need to open an account with them. However, you'll need to load #2000 and above on the card to activate it.

How to load? Find someone with a UBA account, give them 2000 naira (cash or transfer) and ask them to transfer directly to your card ( which can only be loaded from a UBA account).

PayPal will also remove their activation charge from it, although they will return it back to your account.

Regarding the branch, any branch is okay. Nevertheless, you can go to a bigger branch if there's one near you.

I hope this helps.

CornOak:
GTB MasterCard won't work. Go get UBA International High Instant Naira card.

Good luck.

Please do you mind sharing the subject you use for your email?

Is it like "this domain is for sale" , "inquiry" or what.

Geofavor:
Nice. Do you send out emails for all the 4 names in the same week you bought them?

Depressed101:
what is the excel formula name pls help me check if I am doing it right.

My oldest domain is 10months old, so i have not experienced any expiry. When i had less names, i follow up after a week or less. Now that i have about 80, i could go a month or more w/o following up for a particular name.

I don't buy much, 4 or less/week, i can also go 2 weeks or more w/o buying. I have a strict selection criteria that's y i don't buy much. Also i buy 80% geos and 20% emds. I don't buy brandables, only submit unregistered to SH. But i plan to start exploring brandables soon.

For the criteria, u can check my Geo tutorials. I strictly follow it. For example, i don't fancy Service+city (so i have only about 5), only city+service. And mind u, service+city sell as good as city+service. But just that i don't fancy them. I love to buy names i have much more confidence on.

I check 20 or more endusers, but if the name i feel is goood, i can settle with 10 sef.

Depressed101:
do you use custom email for your outbound letter, and what service (app) do you use for your outbounding? I must say I admire your success rate.

jerome263:

Is Oregon catfish dot come a good domain name?

tranxo:
Chief, let's stop advising people out of our own "failures." We are all different. What's difficult for you may be smooth ride for others. Encourage people to try out the different name compositions available, in order to discover where their strength lies.

That you find blends/made up names hard to grasp doesn't mean others will. Some may be more successful with those than with compound names.

Keep up the good work though.

tranxo:
have they upgraded you?
