I don't understand this mail from DAN. Promxy94, Ayorich, Branduche, 2sexycom, fergusen, cyriletifit, iykepromotions and my fellow newbies.

Did outbound last week and sold the name after one month of purchase. The domain is less than 60days.

Tell them u need the buyer's 123-reg "email address"

NkShallom:
The kinda sales am seeing on dan sef.. which one is 1milk2sugars now?

If u make a Google search of the name, u will probably know why it sold. And i bet it sold BIG

Anitspam bot, abi antireproduction bot

nkeona:

We keep moving

Definitely a good name. And certainly left money on the table.
But as u said, we move on!
I too okay with letting a domain go as far as i have a good ROI, But only if I'm sure it's an enduser purchasing it

Gabson91:
Which kain thing be this na? Guys wat can i fit do or reply

Some end users ehhhnn

Heroclitus:
Sir, tried contacting an end user through
Bing but I only got to see the name of the top
officials, how do I contact them when I can also
see their names and not their emails

Search their name on Google, see if u can find a fb fb page with their email address, or search their "name+ email address" and see if u can get something

Might i add, don't just read, make sure you extract something out of what u are reading,
Reading is one thing, understanding what you are reading is another!

zexzy:
First Sale Alert.
Rowlettflorist.com
Sold at Dan for $150.
Bought at Gandi.net $1 promo,
Hold time 3 months.
I know it might not seem much bought I am really happy about this sale. I am very grateful to God. And to all those who have contributed and are still contributing to the growth of this thread I am saying thank you, keep up the good work.

Congratulations. Not much keh? I bet it has probably covered all your acquisition cost already!
Although this type of 2words Geo is rare, it's clear that you have left some money on the table, probably a lot of it, but tell u what? If you are happy with the sale that is all that matters. Cheers

Channel5:
.

Welcome back Man! Wish us sales, sales and more sales!

paulsir:
That 4 is a k leg
It's either you do numbers or letters. Number + letter is a no no. If you doubt it check Chinese types of domains

That 4 drastically decrease the value of the domain

I believe insertion of hyphen is more valuable than adding a letter. But who knows??

Good luck shaa.
I cannot say more

IDEALCASH:
pls how can one check what a city is known for?

A Google search will do

gentlewind:
Congratulations to resent sellers.

Just woke up this morning to receive a message from afternic that Highgroundmedia.com was sold at BiN ($450).

I sometimes ago sold this domain on Dan for just $100, in fact, the domain is about to expire when I sold it.
I forgot to delist it from afternic. Now I don't know the penalty awaiting my account in afternic. Though I have replied their mail but I just don't know what this might cost me.

**Lesson learnt***
When I bought this name I only targeted two end-users and after series of outbounding both replied with "not interested" so I gave up on the name wanted to drop it but I received an inbound offer of $35 some days for the domain to expire, negotiated to $100 then the domain was sold on Dan.

*Always delist your domain from other marketplace when sold.
* If you have good domain hold it,
* Don't be discourage when the end users show no interest in your domain in as much the domain is good it will sell is a matter of time

For those of us looking for first sales: patience is the key.
* Skill + grace+patience=sales

1st congratulations on the Dan sale
2nd I hope afternic will understand
3rd thank God u learnt some lessons here
4th thanks for the advice

That's y i have a record of all my domain business; purchase price, date and venue, account details and email used, where i listed each domain, nameservers, expiry date, if sold, sell amount, venue, date, etc
And i update almost everyday
