Elders in the house. Village people again oo.

Around 1am yesterday, One of the prospects I reached out to made an offer, which was 50% less than the asking price.

I countered the offer by adding an extra $50, make e no be like say I too desperate.. Since then, d guy no talk anything again.

I even ask say wetin sup naa.. Na just me and dashboard dey look ourself.

From the name Dan gave me, I know who the client is and his email.

Should I give it some time before chatting him up again or what?

Cos na so I lose my last transaction oo..

Forget village people mentality
Keep pushing, we will all get there!

All the offers are a sign that u are on the right track. We die here!

Give it time b4 u follow up, preferably Monday

micynute94:
True talk... But agreeing to the initial offer might make d buyer start second guessing his oicer.

Anyways, I'd wait till Sunday or Monday before following up. I will also remove his email address when outbounding for now.

If at all the buyer was serious in the first place,. Then @ bolded is less likely to be true.

He made an offer, it's as though it is the price he is ready to "risk" even if u were a "scam".
If u agreed and he paid, and got his domain, he now know u are legit, and it's also a win for u

Testapep:
Ok thanks
Is it advisable to call them with my Nigerian number

They are a registrar, go ahead

ikhalyfah:
Reply it is registered at network solutions and you prefer Transfer.
Then you request auth code from Network solutions.
Dan will ask u for it, then you send it to him, u can send even before he asks if u have it.

Testapep:

I've explained myself. So I'll still appreciate if u take it down please. That note will bring nothing but a mini talk talk here

ikhalyfah:
@Heyzee5
Ohh please don't make conclusions without knowing anything about something please. I think by doing so the world would be a better place
The appreciation was simply because i purchased a new phone yesterday, all from domaining money. And I don't think it was necessary me coming here and shouting that I've bought a phone, hence the appreciation. But now u have made me
I respect your say though. And I'll appreciate if u take down the write up u did. Thanks

Thanks once again iykepromotions

Branduche:
I have handled transfers myself by sending the auth code to the buyer and supply dan also the Auth code only when I am very sure I know the buyer of the domain.

I realized sometimes buyers receive the mails from dan in their spam hence the challenge for buyers to apply authcode given from dan.

So make sure both routes are fed well.

When the transfer is complete, tell buyer to notify dan the transfer is complete. If he says he hasn’t been receiving messages from dan, tell him to check his spam mail.

Thank you very much boss!

E be like say i go start to de snub Lazlo them.

When i make sure a buyer actively replies emai, I'll just do everything with him directly, if he assures me he will notify them that he has gotten the Domain

ikhalyfah:
@BrandUche please have you put into practice directly sending end user auth code or pushing the Domain, and then CC Dan the emails?
If yes, please which Dan email u used?

Please anybody that has successfully done that can answer.

Thanks

Raytown MO plumbing

MO is intitial for Missouri

And if u see a city and u doubting if it's US city, or if u wnt to knw d state, u type d name +USA

Eg Raytown USA

crudedude:
I use KeePass for Logins and passwords.

On your Excel, do you delete expired names from your list?

My oldest domain is less than 5mnths.
So I've not arranged for that

djpoepe:

Good Day all,

Please what are the criteria/factors used to determine if a domain name that was not sold in your care after 1 year , should be renewed?

Olutayo

The more u are registering with time, the more u are learning and able to spot good names and what to let go.
A time will come when you'll know what is trash in your portfolio.

As for your question, i think it call only be answered if u show it to the gurus here..

Peace

Drabdulqadir:
Sorry I forget how to check if a name is trademarked... please your help needed

@BrandUche please have you put into practice directly sending end user auth code or pushing the Domain, and then CC Dan the emails?

Carmal90:

It's instant update. Once i buy i add. I don't allow it to pile up

crudedude:
@Everyone

For those with many domains. Please how do you manage all of them on one page, MS Excel, Dan, Epik, some other app means?

How do you keep track of all your names registered with different registrars in one place?

Love to learn.

I use Excel for domain records
And pHone note/pdf for logins and passwords

fergusen:
Since names still under 60days lock can be sold at afternic, nothing stops you from listing your "123-reg" domain names at afternic. 123-reg is part of afternic's standard network.

If it sells, you can let them (afternic transfer specialists) know you prefer a push as its still under the 60 day lock. They in turn should/will contact the buyer if they are willing to take up the name at 123-reg. If buyer agrees, deal goes through. If buyer declines, sale fails.
Although, I do think they (afternic) won't bother to go through all these hassle for a '$200' sale which we see reported here everytime.

So that's y he can chill until name reach 60days, to eliminate any story of failed sale

What price should i slam on this?

150-350
Ur call

greatdesire:
1. Is there no registrar that have account with them that one can list on them pending the 60days?

2. Or one need to register and leave it till 60days lock is over?

3. And pls were can one input price tag to a domain on their site. I can't find it.

1. I don't understand the question
2. It's adviced u let domain reach 60days and focus on other non 123-reg domains
3. From what I know, They have no market place, so u can't put price tag

I believe Christians are not aware that Muslims hate insults upon Jesus (Peace be Upon him) much more than they do.
In fact you do not have complete faith if you don't believe in, respect and love Jesus.

So this movie, the world must be against it.

But too bad the truth behind this movie would be, it's the same Christians that sponsor it
