i can,t write in igbo. angry.Hi i am new to nairaland.this is my view about Anambra peers.they are the ones destroying the igbo image. angryOf all the Ibo states the UBA/NGIGE scandal is only possible in Anambra state. Traders mentality reigns supreme in Anambra state.Anambra state is a state of cash and carry people. They are always disgracing Ndigbo. If it is not Aguleri-Umuleri, it is Okija Shrine. If it is not Emeka Ofor it is Chris Uba or one uncouth money-miss-road who wants to show that money is everything.Unfortunately to a large extent these illiterate rascals succeed in these ventures because they always find people in Anambra state who will do their bidding for a little sum of money.Otokoto and his brigands tried such nonesense in Imo state and they are all lying six feet under today. In Anambra state Otokoto would be a kingmaker with the power to burn down the government house at his whim.Anambra state has the highest school drop-out rate in the entire southeast. The mentality of the uneducated has taken over the state. They have the biggest mouth in the SE zone but they are just the epitome of vulgarity, ANAMBRA is the problem with Igbos, they consistently behave like The Bendel Ibo's people, the Onitsha area needs to be sanitized
U could have saved that in politics thread.

Odim ka ima iha gara there. Ogwunigwe was meant for the third batalion stationed at Oron, while Okponani was meant for us(fifth batallion) stationed at Asaba, so there was a mix up. lol. That is one of the reasons we lost the war. Nevermind.

Good boy Fromuk.

I know your next question Tasi would be how come I fought in Nigerian Civil War if am from East Timor.

All Igbos from other nations were called to help out the Nigerian Igbos then. So that is how that came to be, that I was busy firing ogwunigwe, near Asaba. lol

PoliticsRe: Why Do Nigerian Girls don't Participate In Politics Talks? by Ikomi(m): 2:03pm On Jun 26, 2007
Why most ladies, and not all do not participate in politics is that it is very impossible most times to handle two crossroads.

When most of them have a big puzzle in the form of boyfriends/husbands they have not fully handled/understood, why jump into the game of men. If u see where am coming from.

But the ladies who have fully solved the first puzzle or are not intrested in the first puzzle move to the next one, which could range from politics to bizness.

But to say ladies are not smart is very untrue, I think they just have priorities.

And most of them want to cross the first hurdle. lol. grin

This Nairaland people will kill me. lol cheesy

RomanceRe: The 3 Deadly Mistakes Women Make With Men Without Ever Realizing It: by Ikomi(m): 1:32pm On Jun 26, 2007
verry correct my dear I believe women should learn how to comport themselves in front of men who date them it doesnt mean she should  pretend to be rich but if she is not financialy strong she can let him know without begging for alms it is wise to make him know that though you don't have much you wont stoop low to date guys just for the sake of money.
I had a friend who just returned form abroad and took a girl he fancied  for a date she told him how broke and poor she was. That night she called him and asked if he could send her 1500 recharge card and also told him her phone was stolen and that her father was sick and she needed money for the hospital bill my pal                                                                                                                                                          was a good guy he gave her some money and ran for his life he never picked her calls that was how she lost a good man because of greed he was a good man not just because he was rich but because he was a man who respects women.
Show me a man who would not run for that kind of a woman and i'd show u a man who has made up his mind to  walk into hell fire.  smiley

iice:
Pretending only gets one so far, unless you lose yourself in pretending and live a life in a mind/soul that isnt 100% you. Better yet, one slips up and the partner finds out and all hell breaks loose, or things start to drift apart.

But i do advocate sticking true to yourself and knowing your flaws. So that even when it's pointed out to you, you don't turn into a hissing snake but rather acknowledge that you are well aware and are either willing to change/improve or not.
True. Sometimes our lifes are better left to chance, the pain the joy the happiness is all  lesson.

Christianity EtcRe: Can You Attend A Church Led By A Woman? by Ikomi(m): 1:55am On Jun 26, 2007
Amobi 1:
@ Ikomi
So, u don't think if a guy is handsome that the ladies in the church might lost concentration?
Well, i think women should get more involve in the world 2day. especially since man are seriously misleading people. all these wars in Africa are being caused by men etc, i have seen several nigeria girls having fun instead of arguing about igbo hausa & ypruba like we do.
it really does make sense that women should be a pastor of a church. thx!
Its being scientifically proven that its hard for women to loose their sences at the sight of a handsome man unlike a man who would even leave his strong security hold at the sight of an averagely beautiful woman not to talk of a very beautiful one. I see some guys coming here and saying there is noting wrong with a woman leading the church (For every guy that says that am sure has not had enough experience with women). At the same time it is belived that women are more deceptive than men (No proof to that though). If u get my drift that is where am coming from. Women could hold post like admin and finance they are very good with that, but to lead a church (the height of moral symbol) you could as well go get a chamelion to tell u its true colour.

babyosisi:
Would I attend a church by a woman pastor?
answer:If invited or when there's a program there, yes of course!

Would I be a member?
answer: probably not.
Am sure babyosisi knows exactly what am talking about. Coming out of an experienced woman (even though she was a baby a few years ago), not the naive men I see on this thread.
