Oga Gcam isn't overrated, I think maybe you don't know how to use it or how to set it up. I have snapped tons of pictures with my RN7 both normal stock camera pictures, pro mode and then with Gcam with hdr and without hdr. Gcam is far better than stock camera on RN7. In fact you have data check out the Gcam group for RN7 on telegram. You will see that even Russians and Indians have all agreed that Gcam is better than a lot of stock cameras. In essence, Gcam isn't overrated

That's absolutely unacceptable, I love tech but I know I don't know everything. Same thing with football, I love but I don't know everything. That's why I do research and that's why everyone does research. Sometimes when arguing on nairaland, I open another tab with Google quickly giving me info so I don't embarrass myself but our dear brother will just turn up, type rubbish and be defending the rubbish. It's not proper and the worst part is that he is still young but he just vows to not take correction. I hope he doesn't translate this online behavior into real life behavior or it will really affect him

So I had to book space so I can give my xiaomi testimony. I joined this thread in 2017. My phone was just stolen and I needed to get a new phone. I wanted to get Gionee m6mini or something like that. But Gptech convinced me that Redmi note 4x was far better than the Gionee. After some research I was convinced oya to buy phone, no money. Then in 2018, I stopped following the thread until I saw Redmi note 5ai on gsmarena and I ran back here, it was the trending phone then, everybody was getting it. I said I will get this one, it won't pass me by, unfortunately still no money, then Xiaomi released Redmi note 6 pro, I was now confused, do I go for the notch but with better camera and wider screen or go on with RN5ai without notch and virtually the same thing. I was in that dilemma and I got admissions into the law school, after years of waiting. In Law school I found out that RN7 will be released this year, it was released and it was awesome, I said I'll wait for the pro versionand I'd get 4gb 64gb variant. Unfortunately it wasn't to be, Redmi broke my heart, there wasn't going to be a 4gb 64gb variant of the pro and the available one was too costly for me. So after some people on this thread convinced me and some research, I settled for the normal RN7.
The next wahala was money, well after some time of waiting and discovering that education in law school needs a phone or laptop to facilitate it, I decided not to get the phone on my birthday like I earlier planned but as soon as possible. I ordered through Holuwaxheun and here I am, a proud owner of a Redmi Note 7, commenting on the 5000th page of one of the most illilustrious threads on nairaland...
This is a good sign, I will pass my bar finals and come and celebrate with the members of this thread that keep showing me that Naija still has some lovely hearted people...

And it was in the heat of when ads were still allowed on this thread yet not one ad, even of 2nd hand phone, nothing was on page 4000.
